Earth work in Excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, strutting or bailing out water upto any depth or any height quantum of water including de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-in-Charge and returning the stcked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty milimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost centering and shuttering , as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals . The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Brick work using second class common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one Cement isto six Sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing and specofications and as per direction and entire satisfaction of the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

15mm (fifteen milimeters) thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty milimetewrs) in girth, in rough side with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) complete complete as per entire satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Repair of plaster of thickness 12mm ( Twelve Millimeter) to 20 patches of area 2.5 Square Meter and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preapring plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish all complete as per entire satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing 10mm ( Ten Millimeter) thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resistent haevy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 300x300mmx10mm ( Three hundred into Three hundred Millimeter into Ten Millimeter) manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landlings laid over 12mm ( Twelve Millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement isto three sand) jointed with cement slurry Mixed with Pigment to match the shadeof tiles as required complete as per entire satisfaction and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax or and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
