Special Eligibility Criteria

   (i) The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from RDSO approved sources (to RDSO UVAM Item ID:3100361) or their authorized dealers only as per Clause No. 16.3 under Section 2 of Eastern Railway General Tender Conditions. [GTC attached] (ii) The status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning.

Bidder should go through the Tender document, IRS Conditions of contract, General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway, Special conditions [if any] and other Conditions specified/attached with the Tender. 2. In case of Authorized Dealer, whether bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Whether Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case may be. 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, whether firm has submitted UDYAM registration number as per public procurement policy. 5. Whether The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted. Firm will have to submit quotation with a validity for a minimum period of 90 [ninety] days otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

   Price Variation Clause (PVC):-Following Price Variation formula will be applicable for the above tender asP = P0 + CuF(Cu-Cu0)Where P = Final price payable in accordance with the PVC formula.P0 = Price quoted by the tenderer in meter based on the price of COPPER (copper wire Rods) published by IEEMA for the month of JUNE 2026 @ Rs 1369.934 per Kgs.CuF =0.537 (Variation factor for copper)Cu = Price of COPPER (copper wire rods) as will be published by IEEMA for the month One month prior to the date of offering the material for inspection.CU0 =Price of COPPER(copper wire rods) published by IEEMA for the month of JUNE 2026 @ Rs 1369.934 per Kgs.NB: The price of IEEMA COPPER(copper wire rods) @ Rs 1369.934 per Kgs. above is excluding ED, ST and other statutory levies.

   Price Variation Clause (PVC) : PVC should be offered as per above PVC formula. Tenderers must quote their rate as per PVC. Firm to note that offer with different PVC with different base rate OR offer without PVC i.e with firm price will be summarily rejected without any back reference.
