Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc laid in bays incl fair finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including putting expansion joints filled with polyurethane joint sealants/glass dividing strips or complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B 1, (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in path/paving/floors etc fair finished the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including putting expansion joints filled with polyurethane joint sealants/glass dividing strips or complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete coloured paver block of M-35 grade (glossy finish) with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling of old unserviceable inter locking paver blocks/tiles complete as specified and directed. Note Paver block to be approved by GE before execution of work.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete prepolished colour tiles 30 cm x30 cm x 25 mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor using grey cement with pigment including 20 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 over including dismantling of old unserviceable chequered cement concrete tiles complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing fencing wire mesh of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts of steel or RCC any section including taking out embedded portion from concrete or masonry and making good disturbed ground.

Supply and fixing chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type including line wires, any mesh, any size and type of standards, rails, straining bolt etc including provn of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolt with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed at the other end with washer & one hexagonal nut not exceeding 5 cm long & 5 to 10mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Excavation in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filing in and removing earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m in soft/loose soil and making good surface as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, Type D-2, (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in angles iron post & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire including all necessary drilling bolts or rivetting & similar work confirming to Fe- 410-0 or Fe 310-0 and flat iron 40x4mm fillets (for securing chain link fencing etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a priming coat of Red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other sections with gusset plates, rails, braces, trusses, purlins etc complete drilled for fixing to steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint and preparation of old painted steel surfaces as in walls / roof trusses/purlins/rafters/angle iron posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel or metal works and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised , two strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia bars at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : - The work is to be carried out at any height of security wall etc. Necessary T&P, scaffolding, to carry out the above work is also included in quoted rate.

S&F in repairs razor punched tape concertina coil, 9SWG hot galvanised spring tensile wire of UTS 145 to 150N/sqm, zinc coating 250 to 300gms/sqm, dia of coil when un-streched shall be 610mm having minimum of coil (GI strip) 13.25kg/10Rm, hot dip galvanised razor ribbon tape of size 0.50mm thickness, 19mm wide before wrapping on central core wire fixed with 1.66mm thick GI clips (minimum 25Nos / Rm) and special nut and bolts to hold two coils together and extra rows parallel wire of 10gauge including all necessary staging, T&P for work on periieter walls, at heights, etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note : - The work is to be carried out at any height of security wall etc. Necessary T&P, scaffolding, to carry out the above work is also included in quoted rate.

Dismantling of plain or AC sheeting any guage , thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern from roof covering and wall Cladding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complele all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surfaces complete all as specified in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

M & L preparation of surfaces of newly/ RCC/stone/concrete/brick walls and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and of any pattern over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed aggregate) as in coping & as in bonding/locking of edges of interlocking tiles including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and drected.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in beds of surface channels & drains including smooth finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete including forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, (using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed aggregates) as in louvres and jallies 25mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame and set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping and removing all loose / spalling out concrete including loose plaster from old surfaces of RCC walls, and providing one layer of guniting, cleaning the exposed steel by sand blasting and providing and welding new reinforcement (if required and directed) to old steel and applying two coats of anti-corrosive zinc chromate paint (both on old and new steel), applying one coat of epoxy based adhesive over exposed surfaces to receive guniting, including supplying and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of size 1.40mm nominal dia average width of aperture 12mm and binding with 22gauge binding wire with reinforcements or with stainless steel staples and pressure guniting the surface with CM 1:3 with average thickness 35mm with equipment as per IS: 6433-1972 and IS:9012-1978 and then rendering the surface in 10mm thick CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including all necessary scaffolding and staging and rubbishing off the premises complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 15 mm thick Rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of any description and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali-resistant primer over 1 mm putty complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any postion not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1, (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slab for man holes, drains , soak well etc and similar articles etc, set in CM 1:4 with plain faces including chamfered weathering throating etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel deformed bars or TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, as supporting horizontal bars in chain link fencing, incl binding and bonding , and bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for RCC pipes class NP-3, 600mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars as required complele all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC (SWR) 110mm bore as soil waste and vent pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/or as in floors complele all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of the under ground sewer line upto 150mm dia of any type all in working/running conditions involving removal of blockage of any kind lines by means of mechanical rodding with vibrations/drilling concept i.e trolley mounted motorized sewer cleaning machine including desludging, descaling and dechoking wherever required, flushing the entire stretch with combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (vaccum) type machine suitably mounted on HCV having facilities of hydraulic applications through high pressure thermo plastic fibre based water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzle pipes, making the stretch clean and functional and removal/deposition of sludge inclusive of solids if any & sludge water to a distance not exceeding 500 mtrs beyond the periphery of defence land and covering the entire sludge and solids with local sand/earth all as directed.

M&L for Cleaning the septic tanks in use of capacity upto 25 to 100 users by taking out complete sluge including sludge water & solids if any,machanically by HCV mounted suction/discharge machine having blow back facility with sludge tank not less than 6000 ltrs capacity removing & disposing the entire retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 500 mtr outside the periphery of defence land & covering the entire sludge with local sand /earth, complele all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of manholes by taking out complete sludge water solids, brick bats, polythene silt etc complete by manually or mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine, removing/disposing the entire retrieved material outside periphery of defence land including taking off manholes cover and refixing the same after cleaning size of mahholes upto 750x750mm and depth upto 750mm complete all as specified and directed

Labour for jacking up in situ steel gates of size 1mtr to 5mtr and 5 mtr to 6.5 mtr wide and 2mtr to 7mtr and 7.00 mtr to 9.20 mtr high or more, made up of GI sheet fixed over ISMC 250 & ISMB 250 sections weighing appx 3 MT taking out set of two cover plates , rails , wheels upto 600mm dia along with axle shaft for repair complete all as specified and directed.
