Supply and fix in repairs 40mm PVC shoe suitable for dining chair leg complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR DINING,CHAIR WRITING,CHAIR EASSY(FD-158,FD-280/250,FD-229) Material and Labour for canning chair dinning(FD-158) chair writing(FD-280/250), chair easy(FD-229) etc with new plastic cane of size 1.8x0.46mm and boarder with 3.0x0.60mm size cane as per Godrej Pattern including taking out old/damaged plastic cane from the aforesaid furnitures and cleaning the entire surface of furniture complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Almirah Large / Small/ Medium with shelves & 1/2 Hx1/2 shelves(FD - 1031/1032/ 1033/350/ 351) Material and Labour for cutting / removing the following corroded / unserviceable parts of Almirah small steel / Almirah lagre steel & replacing with new parts duly fixed complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed :-

Supply and fix Brass chromium plated handle, 100 mm long, as per Godrej Pattern.

Material and Labour for one side leg of Almirah steel, left or right, 70 mm wide and 100 mm high, open ends bent outwards upto 15 mm, covering the ends of chennel with 70 x 100 mm MS sheet, 1.6 mm thick, welding the channel to bottom of almirah at 50 mm from the side of almirah including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint olive green colour.

Supply and fix 3 way locking device as per Godrej pattern, fully operational with the existing handle.

Supply and fix Steel cup board lock, 50 mm size, 6 lever with stainless steel keys in duplicate as per Godrej pattern.

Table Office Clerk Steel. FD - 84(M)/1004 Supply and fix table top with 18 mm thick pre laminated particle board (exterior grade) of size 1200 x 600 mm with teak veneer facing on one side and balancing white on the other side, including 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround the table top and fixing the table top with top frame of table with screws from bottom including taking down of old table top complete.

Supply and fixin repairs Lock for table drawer , MS lock, 4 lever , locking bolt and lever shall be brass with stainless steel duplicate keys.

Supply and fix 1 mm thick MS channel runner of 400 mm long folded to make shape duly welded one side to table frame to run the drawers smoothly including taking down old broken channel and make functional all drawers complete.

Locker Steel FD - 257/1029 Cutting / removing the following corroded / unserviceable parts of Locker Steel and supply & fix new parts duly fixed complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed :-

Supply and fix Bow handle, chromium plated steel, 100 mm long fixed to each shutter.

Supply and fix New Safety type hasp & staple, chromium plated steel of size 75x40x3mm.

Supply and fix Chromium plated steel tower bolt, 50 mm size welded to top or bottom of right shutter.

Supply and fix Chromium plated steel conduit pipe, 20 mm dia, 1.6 mm thick, 380 mm long, fixed to existing pair of sockets on the upper portion of the left chamber.

CHAIR WRITING MAP (FD/MAP/E6/12) Supply and fix 50mm thick 40 density foam seat size 500x450x50mm, covered with fabric of approved colour suitable for chair writing' (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/12), fixed to 12mm thick commercial plywood including taking out old unserviceable cushion seat complete, Cost of tapastry should not be less than Rs.350 per mtr Make of PU form SLEEP WELL (40 density)all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 50mm thick, 40 density foam back size 500x350x50mm, covered with fabric of approved colour suitable for chair writing' (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/12), fixed to 12mm thick commercial plywood including taking out old unserviceable cushion seat complete, Cost of tapastry should not be less than Rs.350 per mtr Make of PU form SLEEP WELL (40 density)all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs Arms rest/ Handle made of black integral skin polyurethane as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CHAIR CBA STEEL. FD-75(M) Supply and fix new Seat of tubular steel chair as existing, made out of Ist class hard wood teak (tectona Grandis) Ist quality duly painted with Jet black colour and canned as per drg (Godrej Pattern) using 2mm wide cane for weaving and 4mm wide for bordering. Canning hole shall be bored at 12.5mm centre to centre. Seat shall fixed to frame with bolts and nuts (6mm dia 75 mm long) making required holes to frame (4 nos each) including removing of existing unserviceable seat from chair CBA steel.

Supply and fix new seat back of tubular steel chair as existing, made out of Ist class hard wood (tectona Grandis) Ist quality duly painted with Jet black colour and canned as per drg (Godrej Pattern) using 2mm wide cane for weaving and 4mm wide for bordering. Canning hole shall be bored at 12.5mm centre to centre. Seat back shall be fixed to frame with bolts and nuts (6mm dia 75 mm long) making required holes to frame (4 nos each) including removing old seat back.

Taking down unserviceable MS conduit pipe 25 mm dia' L' shape from chair CBA steel S&F welded MS conduit pipe 25mm dia 1.6mm thick (wall thickness) 'L' shape of size 870 mm long as existing shape and size.

Supply and fix arm rest for chair CBA Steel with Arms, made out of Ist class hard wood (tectona Grandis) Ist quality duly painted with black colour all as shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge including removing the unserviceable arm rest.

Preparing the old painted steel surfaces by sand papering removing dents and bents filling steel putty and spray painting with synthetic enamel Smoke Grey paint to give glossy finish all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 7160.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 7160.00 as rate in Green field under Col-5.
