Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates should be mentioned Inclusive of GST

Relevant Documents in proof of Manufacturing/Authorized dealership/Supplier of the Equipments/Accessories should be submitted at the time of uploading the bid

Relevant documents in proof of having supplied similar type of for Maintanace Carried out for Similar Instruments Equipments/Accessories to the government/Undertaking/Autonomus Institutions should be submitted at the time of uploading the bid

Turnover certificate for the previous 3 years of the firm should be submitted at the time of uploading the bid

The AMC should include repairs including spares/consumables and maintainance of the Equipments and other Accessories which are available in the Laboratories at Davangere and Channagiri

There should be a minimum of six visits to all the Two laboratories for the maintainance of the Equipments/Accessories

The payment will be made in equal installments against the bill claimed after each visit

The Emergency/ Unsheduled service Should be provided within Three days from the date of intimation and it should be not less than 2 Visits

The EMD Amount should be remitted through NEFT Challan OR ON Line Payment

The approved Agency should get into an agreement with the undersigned for AMC

Rights are reserved to accept or to reject the Tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The Service Provider should Submit FSD of 10% for quoted amount before commensing into agreement

relevant Documents in proof of having supplied similar type of Equipment accesseries or maintanance carried out for similar instrument to Goverment Undertaking autonomous Institutions it should be 50 percent of amount put to tender (Rs.62500) and should be submitted at time of uploading bid from last 3 years( (in any one year) certified by not below rank of Executive Engineer
