*Bid will not be accepted if the party enters proposed area less than minimum space requirement as mentioned above in column no 04 above. Minimum space details shall be furnished by Regional Office as per operational requirements i.e. compartment -wise/area specific etc.Appendix-2 may be referred to in this connection.

NOTE: i) Bidder may quote a value equal to or above/below than the estimated Fixed Fee per annum. ii) The amount quoted shall be exclusive of GST. iii) Bidders may quote for one or more CW locations. iv) The Estimated Annual Fixed Fee indicated against each location is indicative only. v) Area proposed by the bidder shall be clearly mentioned against each location. vi) Allotment of full or partial area shall be at the sole discretion of the Corporation, subject to operational feasibility, wherever the bid is found to be competitive and viable. vii) In case of partial allotment, the quoted fee shall be adjusted proportionately. The bidder shall have no claim whatsoever on this account. viii) Evaluation shall be carried out location-wise. ix) In case of any discrepancy, the amount quoted in words shall prevail. x) The Fixed fee shall be subject to escalation on the anniversary date of the agreement by 5%. xi) 30% Discount is offered for initial three-month period
