Compacting original ground supporting sub-grade loosening of the ground upto a level of 300mm below the sub-grade level, watered , graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade contsruction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Granular Sub-base /base /surface course wikth local materials (Table 300.13) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth sheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.2 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and MORD Technical Specification 2014, Clause 406. By Mechanical Means with all leads and lifts as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes, octroi, royality Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70- 1.0 kg per square metre (Zero point seven zero to one point zero zero kilograme) Per Square metre using mechanical means /manual means as per as per technical specification clause 502 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg (Zero point twenty to zero point twenty five ) kilograme per Square metre on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.. The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing , laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre)compacted thickness composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimetre ) @ 0.27 cubic metres (Zero point two seven ) per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre) mixed with pentration grade paving bitumen VG-10 (Viscosity grade-10) at the rate of 14.6 kg.(Fourteen point six kilogramme) per ten square metre of road surface to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN (Eighty - hundred ) capacity static road roller/ manually finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat of type-B by mechanical means as per MORD technical specification clause 508 including carriage of materials, within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana , toll tax sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bitumenous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-B and as per Technical Specifications,2014 Clause 508 using Viscosity Grade -10(Ten )Paving between at the rate of 6.8 (Six point eight kilogram) per 10 sqm ( Ten square metre) premix with 0.06 (Zero point zero six ) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 square metre (Ten Square metre) heating in mini hot mix plant and laying manually/mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 (Eight to ten ) tonne capacity as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes octori, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other construction worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
