Supply and fixing of ASG WIN screen panel cladding fixed system. The Screen panels of various sizes as per design requirement shall be manufactured from high corrosion resistant Aluminium alloy of thickness not less than 2mm. Screen panels shall have standard perforation as per architect's design. Combination of perforations shall be done with highest precision using latest technology machines. Panels sizes shall be as per design requirement. Perforation screen panels shall have 30 mm return on all four sides to accommodate fixing details. Panels shall be bend from all four sides and shall shape along the panel edges to mount on Subframe of size 40x 40 x 2mm. The Panels shall be fixed to a suitable structure by means of rigid fixing details, taking into account the relevant live loads and a dead load. Installation shall be carried out as per manufacturer recommendation. POWDER COATING of Aluminium panel should be done through process of Pre. Cleaning through eco-friendly cleaning, powder applied thru. electrostatic charged automatic Carona technology spray. The powder is conforming to the performance requirements of the AAMA2603.02 & QUALICOAT CLAA 1 specifications. The coating thickness will be minimum 60 microns with properties of Salt Spray of 1000 hrs., in exposure in SST Cabinet with Minimum blister rating 8 as per ASTM B-117, AAMA2603.02, 6.7.2, ASTM D1654 and Weather resistance of 12 Months Florida Exposure as per AAMA2603.02, 6.8.
