Maintenance of Pump Houses of all DTW Schemes in different locations under the jurisdiction of DWS Sub-Division Barpathari during the year 2026-27.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- i) With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : i) Of area 3 sqm and below.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead i) Of sectional area 40 sq cm and below.

Providing and fixing corrugated G.S. Sheet roofing fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks 8 mm diameter, bolts and nuts 6 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved epoxy paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto a pitch of 60 degrees) over a built structure including all types of necessary scaffoldings etc. but excluding the cost of the purlins, rafters and trusses etc.as per clauses of Chapter - 12 of CPWD specification. i) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm / m2

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete i) with mild steel tubes Hot finished welded (HFW) type medium class.

Providing and fixing in position 1mm thick M.S. sheet sliding-shutters with frame and diagonal braces of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junction and corners 25mm dia pulley, 40x40x6mm angle and T-iron guide sufficiently long at the top and bottom respectively, channels & with bolts, nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, hold fast including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required.

i) 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

ii) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
