Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). WBM Grading 1 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical . By Manual Means. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical.By Manual Means. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical.By Manual Means.Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means.). Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Tack coat-Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paverf inisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects.) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size). Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects) for Grading-II (bituminous binder @ 5.4 % of mix). Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Road Delineators (Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, objectmarkers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide stripes, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and . Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.) Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil. Removal of debris / waste material / rubbish on road side / dismantaled refuses/ park / dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolly within the specified colonies as desired by the Engineer-in-charge & safe disposal of the same out side the colony area including cost of all labour T& P, for removal of slip/landslide/excavation in dry and wet condition etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or any other material required for the proper completiom of work. Including supply of all material, labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Engaging & operation of one no.Hydraulic excavator cum loader machine (preferably JCB)having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper, including cost of fule lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip/landslide/excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Including supply of all material, labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Engaging & operation of one tractor along with one driver & Trolley having hydraulic jack arrangement.Including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide , fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical.Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Type - A, "W" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m belowground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 810 ( if Concrete Required for Vertical post Fixing will be paid extra). Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Road Studs / Cat Eye: Providing and fixing Bi-directional Road Studs (Cat Eye) / Reflective Pavement Marker (RPM) with single body twin shank and plastic body moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (Hi-impact Polystyrene) or ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) or any othersuitable material approved by Engineer in charge (Marker must support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280 and Reflective lenses conforming to ASTM D 788 or equivalent) bonded or anchored within the road surface for lane marking and delineation for night time visibility. The RPM must have reflective panels with micro prismatic lens where area of each retro reflective surface shall not be less than. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

PVC Traffic Cones (750 mm height): Supply of PVC Traffic Cones of 750 mm height and 3.5 kg weight with square base and 3 strips of 10 mm wide reflective sheets around the cone.Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Rumble Strips. Provision of rumble strips of premix bituminous carpet, 25 mm high at centre, 300 mm wide placed at 1 m centre-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. Including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in -Charge.

Solar Road Studs: Providing and fixing Solar Powered Road Studs (Rectangular) of size not less than 100mm x 100 mm x 10 mm or (Circular) of dia 130+/- 6mm and height 30 +/- 2mm (with 8 super bright LEDs for long visibility from distance greater than 800 m) having twin shank and body made of aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280 and water resistance as per IP 65 in accordance with IS 12063:1987, fixed to the road surface using adhesives and the procedure recommended by the manufacturer as per Clause No. 804.6 and 804.7 of MORTH specifications. Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical. Providing and erecting direction and place identification sign with corrosion resistant 2mm thick DG Grade Type XI retro- reflective cautionary, mandatory, informatory sign board with 10 year warranty made of high intensity sheeting fixed over ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) 3 mm thick (including framing and bracing with fabrication, plotting of letters on Electro cut film, pasting, riveting, taping and nut, bolts, washers and rivets etc for fixing), with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing.
