M&L for providing E-boards, ceiling, 4 mm thick with J framed work with main Tee of size 24 x 28.5 mm made out of PGI sheet .3 mm thick double at web and single at flange, flange coverd with powder coated sheet 0.25 mm thick and wall angle 24 x 24 x .45 mm powder coated for ceiling , ceiling boards 60cm x 60cm x 4mm thick , suspended with GI wire 2mm dia and 2m average length with adjustable hanging device complete including plugging in brick/stone walls with steel rawl plug @ 600 mm C/C Ceiling board shall be pressed to the ceiling tee with staple clips at all four sides including Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards any thickness, including cover fillets incl making good all the disturbed portion complete all as spd & directed by GE/Eng-in-Charge.

M&L for second class hard wood as in scantling, fixed in unframed work clean sawn including dismantling of timber scantling 40 sqcm and above in section in any position, framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class soft wood clean swan plain fillets, square, rectangular in section screwed with nails exc 13 & n exc 25 sqcm incl dismantling of timber scantling in fillets under 40 sqcm in section complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding planed one side with butt joints and fixed with nails as in roofs, ceiling partition fascia, barge soffit etc (except flooring and skirting) including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nailscomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cmX30cmX30mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete all as specified.

M& L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, including finishing surface of concrete topping even and roughcomplete all as specified.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in two coats i.e. 10mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces brick or concrete surfaces and finishing surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of External wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of internal wall by application of 1mm thick wall care putty to remove the dent and to make the surface even and smooth by grinding or rubbing with sand paper and applying two coats of acrylic distemper using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for 1mm thick Acrylic/WaterProofing Wall Putty and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply of single side rigid laminate of approved color and other side plain white colour fixed with piano hinge to make kitchen cabinet/Almirah shutters incl D-type cabinet handles(stainless steel 304/gloss chrome/SN finished 150mm long matt finished) premium quality & Magnetic Catcher including dismantle of boarding any type complete as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note- (Steel Handle & Magnetic Catcher per shutter will be specified by Eng in Charge) .

S&F 6 mm thick with min density 600 Kg/cu.m LEAD FREE PVC ply fixed with ss screws and solvent cement/ adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet/Almirah back sides complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fabricating coloured powder coated aluminium frame work door,windows , ventilators, with one or more rebates sections of approved tint as required including beading,cleat, screws,fasteners, plugs, for fixing with wall/ceiling columns/ beams etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium coloured power coated door/window/ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bar alu section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary locking arrangement, guide wheels, joining cleats, glazing clips rubber packing anodised alu snap beading screws etc including demolition of existing shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) any colour of for fixing in shutter/partition with all other necessary accessories for fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.50mm thick (including coated thickness) pre-colour pre- profiled (Galvalume/zinkalume) sheets of required colour and design having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof sheeting/sunshade/ fixed with zinc coated self drilling fastener including EPDM washer complete laid with one corrugation side laps and min 150mm end lap laid to slope all as per manufacturer / profile maker instruction including dismantling of Asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 0.63 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting using grade ‘O’ sheets with 120 gm Zinc (Spelter) coating Per Sqm both sides inclusive, as in roofs, ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing fixed with ‘L’ or ‘J’ type hook & washers and fixing of valey gutter with Band/Starp/Support incl dismantling of Asbestos cement sheets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for MS steel Hollow ,Joist, channel, angle, tee or tubular Section work in tubular trusses, purlins, rafter, tubuler column, where connected common rafter and running rails fixed with angle cleat or other connection plates including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming IS-4963,1993 and IS-1161-1979 grade ST-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly steel surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, and applying Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete complete all as specified and as directed.
