Supply and fixing Lightning Arrester ESE Thunder Guard equipped with stainless steel central pickup rod, full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point, fully autonomous( no battery and other power supply required ), Model Thunder guard Stainless Steel Body; CPRI Certified, Radius Coverage 60/107 Mtr ESE Type Lightning Protection Complete With The Lightning Air Terminal - With-Stand a Minimum Switching Impulse Voltage Of 500 Kv Complies, IEC 62305, IS 2309- 1989 EN 62305& IEC 16-1:198309 9 to be Installed At The Roof Of and The Centre Of The Building, collect energy through streamer emission controlled with detects the lightening and trigger a stream, With The Protection Special Feature complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 50 Sqmm insulated multistranded copper cable with proper metallic saddle placed at an interval of not more than 0.4 mtr apart including clamping arrangements, screws, bolts, nuts etc for fixing cable on roof and wall with necessary joining, bonding as complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Copper cable shall follow a direct path to earth. 2) There shall not be any sharp bends, turns and kinks in the cable. 3) Cable shall be fixed with saddle on outer side of the building wall at 0.4 mtr interval 4) cable on concrete roof will not be directly fixed on surface of the roof. Concrete upstands shall be used for cable fixing at an interval of 0.4 mm.

Supply and Fixing of copper strip 32x6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground and wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground incl Earth Termination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Accessories Lightning Arrester 5mtr Mast, Test link box with installation Accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pure copper pipe electrode earthing maintenance free earthing based on 6 mtr long copper pipe 80 mm dia(ID) with wall thickness of 3 mm, copper strip 32x 6 mm ( strip in pipe type electrode )and copper pipe electrode shall be filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode, 120 KGS approx of BFC shall be filled around the copper pipe elecrode . Rate included for testing,commisioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed. Vendors are bound to get earthing result less than or upto1 Ohm with or without grid of earthings(Maximum number of new earthings in grid are restricted to 3 nos) Copper strip required for interconnection of earth pits in grid must be laid 2 ft below the ground level and the same must be treated with chemical (BFC) if required to achieve resistance value. Supply and fix Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls or on roof and burried in ground etc of nominal dia 50 mm complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded aggregate in foundation/filling & PCC padding and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete for bldg with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part-I (1991) and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 15mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering GI pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade etc complete, all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material, labour,testinf and commisssioning Chemical Earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32x 6 mm filled with highly conductive and anti corrosive compound of required quantity having chemical compostion Bentonite 40%, copper sulphate 20%, Gypsom 5%, Graphite 10%, Alum 5%, Zinc sulphate 10%, Aluminium sulphate 10% buried in ground by digging a bore of 150mm dia surrounded by soil friendly backfill compound non soluble in water including connection with Copper earth strip 20x3mm upto 7 meter length, making PCC pit of size 0.3mx0.3mx0.3m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type CI with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 8mm dia bar and testing on completion to acheive value not more than 0.5 ohm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge Chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 32 x6mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Material and labour GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm for laying along the wall/roof on batten or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation as directed or as required GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm earth continuity conductor complete with all accessories such as porcelain insulators, saddles and fixing screw etc for conductor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of copper strip 32x6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors above ground and wall/batten or recessed or buried in ground incl Earth Termination all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of GI pipe Light grade of size 40 mm bore laying in trenches/ fixed complete to floors / walls or on roof etc including all fittings complete for protection of copper/aluminium/GI strip, as required and complete all as specified and directed.
