Repair of 3(Three) nos. School under Killa and Tepania Block, Gomati District under Repair/ restoration of immediate nature of damaged infrastructure of school building

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Dismantling doors and windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and up-to a lead of 50 m etc. Complete as per direction of the Engineer –in-charge. Of area 3 sqm and below.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge:- Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling all kinds of bamboo ceiling, walling, machan etc. including stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing muli bamboo champakampa tarja ( 75 mm wide ) ceiling, strengthening with single split bamboo battens ( both side ) at 300 mm centre to centre and tied with G.I. wire 1.0 mm complete ( over required beams or fixed with a frame of suitable type, which will be paid separately) as per specification.

Standard quality hard board sheet: 3 mm thick

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position : Sal Wood

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S sheet fixed with polymar coated J or L hooks ,bolts and nuts 8mm dia.G.I limpet and bitumen washers including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint complete.0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:- Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and fixing panelled / or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished / black enamelled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws excluding panelling and or glazing, which will be paid for separately but including the wooden beading of 20 × 12 mm for fixing panelling and or glazing as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Local Teak wood. 35 mm thick shutters

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Neat cement punning.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Finishing with epoxy paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification on old work including preparation of surface etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- On steel work

Applying priming coat [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] - With ready mixed Pink or Grey primer of approved brandn and manufacture on wood work ( hard & soft wood)

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of requiredshade of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
