REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FAN EXHAUST FAN AND GEYSERS AT INA EZHIMALA

Taking down and refix after completion of job works for ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall mounted fan of any sweep and make by disconnecting the electric connection, dismantling blades, down rods etc for checking and replacing the unserviceable parts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items of BOQ.

M & L for checking / replacing the worn out parts such as rubber pully, locking pin, nuts and washer of ceiling fan any size complete with one coat of synthetic enamel white paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting exhaust fan of any sweep complete with one coat of synthetic enamel suitable paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified an directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting wall mounting fan / air circulator of any sweep complete with one coat of synthetic enamel suitable paint by spraying after cleaning all dust etc complete all as specified an directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- Repair for Item No 2,3 & 4 shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for dismantling / opening the ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep of any make removing the old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts and re-winding with the same gauge super enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling/opening the exhaust fan of 300 m sweep of metal body any make removing the old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge super enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.6 above but for 450 mm sweep exhaust fan metal body complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.6 above but for metal body 225mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling/opening the air circulator 400/450mm sweep of metal body any make removing the old defective winding carefully cleaning the inner parts and rewinding with the same gauge super enamelled copper conductor of good insulation, varnishing, drying and reassembling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling ceiling fan of any size and sweep removing old bearing and bushes of any size supply and fixing new bearing and bushes of suitable size including greasing, reassembling and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable exhaust fan louver up to 300 mm dia including taking down of old louver and matching disturbed surface by proper painting all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of old unserviceable exhaust fan louver 450 mm dia including taking down of old louver and matching disturbed surface by proper painting all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of old unserviceable ceiling fan down rod as approved of any sweep and 2.1 mtr long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling the existing geyser 25/50 ltrs capacity and transporting to workshop for repair, opening the body carefully and taken out the copper container and arrest the water leakage by bracing/soldering the copper/brass rods and refixing and return back to site and refixing at the existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable thermostat 0° C to 80° C for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable geyser element 1500W, cup type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable geyser element 1500 W, triangular type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable PVC hot water connection pipe 45 cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable indication lamp square/ round in red and green colour, 230 Volts AC complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
