Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, as in vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc, including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for filling polymer modified non shrinking slurry for sunken floors for toilets by drilling holes to a depth of 60mm by 20mm dia at 1 mtr interval and applying 2mm thick brush bond over the concrete syrfaces by mixing acrylic emulsion NITO BOND BB with brush bond powder and water all as per the manufacturer's technical specification complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10, type E-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater/soil/waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs, 15mm bore, PVC connection pipe 600mm long with PTMT nuts at both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15mm bore, Two Way Bib Cock with Wall Flange, fancy type cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed. S & F in repairs, Vitreous China urinal, full stall type, white with grating and union for discharge pipe, dicharge pipe, nozzle brackets, nuts & bolts and flush pipe of chromium platedf brass tube 32mm dia (excluding flushing cistern) including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement complete complete as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Grating doom 100mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 25gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces n.exc 50 mm deep and area n.exc 400 sqm and removing the debries to a distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked/mud etc. sweeping with broom and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen@ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous macadam, with paving bitumen, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 as binder, camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The rates are worked out on the basis of binder content of 4% by weight of total mix. Any addition or deduction in binder content used, the rates shall be adjusted as per serial item No. 44 below)

M & L for add or duduct over serial item No. 43 above for each extra/less kg of binder used complete ditto

M & L for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid by using mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surface of road etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc (reflective type) of colour white or golden yellow on road, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with hot thermoplastic road marking paint by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, drive by skilled operator on road surfaces complete as per MOSRT&H specifications complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Application shall be carried out through mechanical means by the approved applicator of the manufacturer of paint)

S & F Solar Road Stud (Cat's eyes) as per IRC-67 of size 136mm dia and 65mm height LED (red/white) made of polycarbonate materials with thin moulded shunks, fixed with high intensity grade retro reflective lens, battery and solar panel complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: PROTEK PT 108 or SWERFLES or TATA BP Solar or Dark Eye/3M/Sinor)

S & F Road side warning boards of suitable size as per IRC (like: speed breaker, curve, speed limit etc) at the height of 1.8m from ground level with 40mm dia MS pipe pole including necessary excavation and earth and PCC foundation with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 of suitable size and ncessary apinting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
