Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but exc ashlar facings dressed stone works and precast cement articles including rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble stone mansonry uncoursed well bonded solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble stone mansonry but except stone uncoursed well bonded solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete, all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm for Granite or Trap stone as specified, of random rubble wall masonary , all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified.

M&L pre cast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded agg) solid block masonry exc 10cm in width or girth and setting CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110 mm pipes single socketed, in any length as in weep holes, all as specified and directed.

M&L Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level of broken stones or boulders, all as specified and directed.

Dismanting of fencing wire mesh barbed wire etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS galvanised chain link fencing 3.80 mm dia and 50 mm pitch complete all as speicfied.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

S &F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, all as specified and directed.

S/F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintel hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps,plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E -165 , all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat, round or square bars, in available lengths welded with iron posts of Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-B, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete wall etc including racking out joints hocking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) fair faces surfaces of brick or concrete work and finished even & fair on walls complete all as specified.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 1,34,655.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
