Amount

Taking out old unserviceable cable of any size carefully from trenches after disconnecting electric connection, GI pipe protection, with and including separating serviceable bricks & set aside and removing un-serviceable bricks from site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored LT electric power UG cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 2 core with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work, excavation, GI pipe, sand cushioning and protection brick shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items of Schedule 'A'.

Digging out incoming and outgoing cables of any sizes from loops near junction box/ feeder pillar box in trenches, cutting burnt out uninsulated portion of cable and relaying /refixing in trenches & returning, refilling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, LT electric power UG cables, of any type/Size with and including all fixing & connecting accessories such as Aluminum cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed. Note: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe, bricks for protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A'.

M&L for Heat shrinkable straight through joint for 3.5 / 4 core cable 25sqmm to 50 sqmm and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Heat shrinkable straight through joint for 3.5 / 4 core cable 70 sqmm to 120 sqmm and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 meter wide and not exc. 1.5 meter in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay dry river sand filling for under ground cable protection with a layer of 8cm deep before laying and 15cm covering above the top edge of cable after laying complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay sub class B bricks of old size for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old bricks for protection of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The serviceable bricks obtained from taking out old cable shall be reused.

M&L for horizontal boring suitable up to 80mm steel tubing across the existing road without disturbing the road surface for inserting GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Removal of surplus soil shall be deemed to be include in the unit Rate. (b) GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'.

M&L for 50 mm bore steel tubing light grade for protection of cable including necessary joints and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm bore steel tubing light grade for protection of cable including necessary joints and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium bus bar of size 400mm x 40mm x 6mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintaining the colour code and provision of holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrographic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends including taking out old unserviceable bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium bus bar of size 600 mm x 20 mm x 6mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintaining the colour code and provision of holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrographic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends including taking out old unserviceable bus bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/replacement of old broken panel door, welding or joining the surface with the joining and filler material, cleaning the decorated surface, painting with the aluminium paint and fixing to the existing panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable LT feeder pillar box/LT junction box including PCC/Brick wks. foundation after disconnecting of all electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of LT out door type factory made, CPRI Approved, junction box of size 900mm x 600mm x 400mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly supported with mild steel angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 5mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable, single hinged door / shutter with locking arrangement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 foundation of size 0.80m x 0.6m x 0.90m depth (0.30m below ground level and 0.60m above ground level) and connections of all outgoing / incoming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables including the following fitment accessories complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Copper bus bar of size 600 Amp wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes as required with nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrographic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 Nos. (b) Enameled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm, white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT 3 Phase 4 wire 450 Volts system, factory made, CPRI Approved, water and vermin proof protection pedestal type feeder pillar box of minimum size 1200 mm x 800 mm x 500 mm (overall) of out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with frame and legs of mild steel angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6 mm in all side with double door, front and back side openable hinged door and air ventilation arrangement including provision of cable looping box of size 800 x 450 x 400 mm. Danger notice plate with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and shall be fixed on main door. The panel shall be complete painted with Powder Coated paint of approved shade. "U" type gas kept shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof to accommodate incomers/outgoing MCCBs. All interconnection between the main bus bar as well as out going feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual out going feeders and should be insulated with heat shrink cable PVC shleaves and shall be mounted on suitable size "F" class insulators. The degree of protection of outer shell of the panel shall be IP-65. A detachable pre drilled gland plate should be used at bottom. All control wire shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi stranded copper conductors and shall be properly brunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and print with adequate size of lugs complete with and including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 of size 0.80 m x 0.60 m x 1.05 m depth (45 cm below ground level and 60 cm above ground level) as in foundation in cement mortar 1:6 and plastering the same in cement mortar 1 : 6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete including necessary excavation, earth work and including connecting all incoming and outgoing LT UG cables after drawing/ digging out cable from loops in trenches complete all as specified and as directed along with and including comprising of the following accessories: - (a) Incoming Copper busbar 600 Amps capacity including insulator with nuts & bolts-04 Nos. (b) Outgoing Copper busbar 400 Amps capacity including insulator with nuts & bolts-04 Nos. (c) MCCB 4 pole, 415 volts, 36 KA breaking capacity adjustable thermal magnetic release with Ics=100% Icu, neutral adjustment 100% of rating 250 amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links. (Incoming -01 Nos). (d) Iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200mm x 150mm, white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door/shutter of FPB for LT-01 No. Notes :- (a) Cost of earth work and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in this item (a) The schematic diagram of LT panels shall be approved by GE before procurement.

M&L for preparation of the old decorated existing external steel surface of feeder pillar boxes/LT panels /JBs of any size and description in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrapping or by blow lamps, applying necessary filler coat and stop-off required and applying two coats of Asian aspa paint (Mahindra Grade) by using spray painting machine on old prepared surface including marking of Sub Stn No, Feeder No and feeding area/Bldg with applying synthetic enamel paint (1st grade) of following size complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Feeder Pillar of size 900mmx600mmx400mm (over all dimension)

All as per item No 31 above but Feeder Pillar of size 1200mmx800mmx500 (over all dimension)

Supply & fixing in repairs danger notice board / plate of size 20 cm x 15 cm, made out of 1.6 mm thickness mild sheet, vitreous enameled white letters, figure and conventional skull and bones in Red colour and fixed with nuts and bolts for 1100 volts current and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for cutting unaxious green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at Electrical Installation Premises around pole, around panel board along boundaries fencing, removing rubbish material from work site and depositing where directed not exc. 100 meter from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The item shall be operated maximum 2 (two) times in the entire period of the Contract period and measurement will be taken every time independently for payment.

Supply and fix aluminium strip of size 25x3 mm for earth continuity conductor fixed on PCC block and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Copper strip of size 20x3 mm for earth continuity conductor fixed on PCC block and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable loose/disturbed aluminum strip/GI Strip/Copper strip/Termination rod of any sizes on roof/down conductor fixed on wooden guoties /directly on roof including screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repairs for 32 x 6 mm galvanised iron strip, earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or fixed to poles or roof with saddle and screw current and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix porcelain insulator of size 65x31 mm and height 30mm with three no's hole including GI bolts and nuts of required size and two Nos washer on PCC, fixing strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm dia and including taking down / dismantling of old existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC work providing PCC type C1 (1 : 3 : 6) with 20 mm graded aggregate in foundation for panel and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including breaking of old PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting electric connection and Taking down of all UG cable from LT Panel/JB of any capacity and model removing of unserviceable spares / accessories for repair/replacement of the same including reconnection of all UG Cable connection with suitable lugs, nuts & bolts etc. to existing LT Panel/JB and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Suitable Lugs, Nuts & Bolts shall be deemed to be in quoted rate.

M&L for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to Copper earth strip 20x3 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass/copper all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 connected to lightening conductor all as specified and testing on completion including necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation/PCC/Earth work/Charcoal/Salt shall be deemed to be include in this unit rate.
