Supply of submersible pumping set of (KSB/Kalama/Kirloskar/Johnston/Cromption/BS) make conforming to BIS; 8034-1976 latest suitable for lifting clear water (latest with uptodate ammendments) fitted with bronze impellers/suitable alloy directly coupled to squirrell case electric induction motor of same make as (manufacurer standard) conforming to BIS; 9283-1979 (latest with uptodate ammendments) and totally water proof for submersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard,errection clamps,cable clips & depth gauge etc. The pump shall be suitable for operation on data given below:- ( 1.00 Set of 35 HP)

Supply of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress /Gled/BHEL/Leader make Cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve 65mm dia class PN 1.6 confirming to BS 5312-1984 having bye pass arrangement to be provided on delivery side and shall be suitable for withstanding nominal seat pressure of 16 kg/cm².

Supply of Kirloskar/Kilburn/IVC/Fouress /Gled/BHEL/Leader make Cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve 65mm dia class PN 1.6 confirming to BS 5312-1984 having bye pass arrangement equal to dia of Rising main and shall be suitable for withstanding nominal seat pressure of 16 kg/cm².

Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex/ Grandlay/ Gloster make conforming to BIS:1554 (Part I) -1988 or latest with up to date ammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered(one cable carrying all three phases) including all other electrical equipment /accessories such as thimbles, flexible pipe, solder, nuts & bolts cable glands etc. laid in pipes or trenches under floor. The type, size & make will be subject to approval of HPSEB authorities.In case of non acceptance by HPSEB authorities it shall have to be replaced by the tenderer free of cost.

On supply side of 3½ core coper cable 25.00 mm^2 ( From HPSEB Meter to Switch &Starter).

On motor side 3 core flat joint less copper cable of size 16.00 mm^2 ( From Switch & Starter to Motor) pump installed in the bore.

Supply & errection of floor power shunt capacitor conforming to BIS 2834-1986 latest with upto date ammendments of GEC/Siemen/ Havells L&T make to raise the prevailing power factor at site to 0.95 for direct connection to induction motor individually of requirement KVAR according to BHP of motor offered including cable Siemens/Gloster/ICC make from busbar chamber to capacitor & also including Standard/ L&T/Kilburn/Indo asian make ICTP switches conforming to BIS 4064- 4064-1978 or latest with HRC fuses.

P/Laying Column assembly of G.I./MSERW pipe considering site requirements and having appropriate size in accordance with the delivery size of pumping set . The pipe shall conform to relevant BIS codes & capable of with standing the feild test pressure equal to 1.5 times the operating pressure including all type of fittings such as bends, tapers/ reducers, flanges, rubber gaskets 3mmthick, nuts & bolts and any other fitting required at site and work shall be to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Column assembly = (Size to be specified by the tender) NOTE:- Actual laying to be done as per final drawings to be approved by the Engineer in charge.

Errection of all equipments including the cost of tees, bends tapers & any other fittings required as per site conditions & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation and trenches ( For pipes and pits ) up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work ,jumper work ,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water ,blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting ,planking ,timbering & dewatering wherever required ,stacking the usable & unusable material /soil separately & after laying ,jointing & testing of pipes ,returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm ,layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then deposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable material as directed with in all leads and lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic , night signals ,fixing caution boards ,crossing over trenches for access to houses ,fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all lead and lifts as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge. Providing Laying, jointing & testing in trenches to be levelled to grades, BIS marked GI pipes conforming to BIS:1239 ( latest with up to date amendments ) of 150 mm dia (Medium class PE) duly flanged after every 5th pipe with intermediate butt welded joints including the cost of flanges, bends of required degree, tee/ short pieces made from parent tubes of different degrees cutting , welding & jointing with flanges conforming to table as specified below of BIS:6392 ( latest with up date ammendments ) three layers (two layer out sides and one layer inner side) welded as per BIS:816 ( latest with up date ammendments ) with electrodes conforming to BIS 814 (latest with up date ammendments ) & provided with nuts & bolts BIS 1369 (latest with up date ammendments) of required sizes, 4 mm thick ( Champion make ) compressed asbestos fiber gasket or synthetic rubber gaskets conforming to BIS 2712 (latest with up date ammendments ) & approved specification as per site conditions including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete to respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1 Cement: 4 Sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm.nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thich welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering struttting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mts. and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical , surfaces such as walls (any thichness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 approved sand :4 approved graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation and Plinth

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.10 mtr. Thickness attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3approved sand : 6 approved graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint or approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface two coat to give an even shade after throughly brushing. The surface to removal all dirt, dust and removing of loose material.

Excavation In drains & channels etc., in earth work,including dressing of side & bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtr.and lift upto 1.50 mtr.disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:5:10(1cement:5sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying in trenches following dia and grade having suitable pressure 4.00 Kg.F / cm2 working pressure polythene pipes high density confirming to I.S. 4984-1972 complete with special flange compression type fittings. (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separatly) within all leads and lifts.
