Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer should be registered with the Karnataka Labour Department for the supply of manpower. The agency shall provide the valid registration certificate for the concurrent period

The tenderer should have registered with EPF and ESI departments and should furnish certified copies of registration along with enrollment numbers

The tenderer should have registered with Goods and service tax department and furnish the GST registration certificate

The tenderer should have registered under Professions Tax Act and furnish corresponding certificate registration

The tenderer shall furnish income tax return for the preceding 3 years and the copy of PAN CARD

The tenderer should scan and upload the original Annual turnover certificates for last five financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 obtained from the Auditor/Chartered Accountant.

The tenderer should have achieved in atleast 2 financial year i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 an average annual financial turnover of Rs.34.55 lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost)

The tenderer should be ISO-9001 certified for manpower supply

The tenderer should furnish Police License / Police Verification from the concerned authority.

Work done/Experience Certificate issued by the Head of the Department for providing Man power services of contract amount not less than Rs. 17.28 lakhs duly counter signed by the concerned employer for any one year in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26

Work done/Experience Certificate issued by the Head of the Department for providing Man power services of Minimum 10 (Driver) Personnel to the Government/ Semi Government Departments. duly counter signed by the concerned employer for any one year in the last five years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26

The tenderers whose contracts have been terminated / fore closed by any employer during the previous years due to non-fulfilment of contractual obligations / noncompliance of statutory obligations are not eligible to bid. The tenderer should clearly specify and submit declaration stating that they do not fall under this category

The tenderer should quote the Service Charges in Indian Rupees only.,

Man power rates/wages in the tenders are subjected to the modifications as per government orders or circulars.

Amount put to tender is excluding GST and GST will be paid as per prevailing rates.
