REPAIR OR MAINT OF TRANSFORMER INCLUDING DEHYDRATION SERVICING OF VCBS RMU AND ALLIED WORK AT PMS TVM UNDER GE ARMY TRIVANDRUM

Material and labour for Dehydration including Filtration of transformer oil by employing on line filtration plant including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration for following transformer capacity to achieve di-electric strength not less than 50 KVA/4mm air gap after completion of dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed: (a) Transformer 630 KVA - 01 No (b) Transformer 500 KVA - 01 No (c) Transformer 400 KVA - 02 Nos (d) Transformer 315 KVA - 05 Nos (e) Transformer 250 KVA - 02 Nos (f) Transformer 200 KVA - 06 Nos (g) Transformer 100 KVA - 08 Nos (Note: (a) Before commencement of filtration of oil, the electric strength of oil in each transformer shall be tested and report be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge, If the test values are not within the desire range, then the re-filtration of oil shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra to the Govt. (b) The unit quoted rate is also deemed to be inclusive of cost of disconnection and reconnection of cable etc complete (c) Hire charges for machine and its transportation to the site are also deemed to be inclusive in the unit quoted rate under this item.)

Supply and filling new Transformer oil of BDV not less than 50 KVA for topping up/filling of transformer oil in different transformer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge/ GE.

Disconnecting of HT/LT connections of transformer, 11000/433V, 3 phase, 4 wire system and opening up the top cover of Transformer of capacity 630/500 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at site including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bush rods including necesary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair, refilling the dehydrated oil, replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (a) Parts/spares of transformer shall be measured paid seperately as "Supply only", (b) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately)

Disconnecting of HT/LT connections of transformer, 11000/433V, 3 phase, 4 wire system and opening up the top cover of Transformer of capacity 400/315 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at site including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bush rods including necesary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair, refilling the dehydrated oil, replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (a) Parts/spares of transformer shall be measured paid seperately as "Supply only", (b) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately)

Disconnecting of HT/LT connections of transformer, 11000/433V, 3 phase, 4 wire system and opening up the top cover of Transformer of capacity 250/200 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at site including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bush rods including necesary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair, refilling the dehydrated oil, replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (a) Parts/spares of transformer shall be measured paid seperately as "Supply only", (b) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately)

Disconnecting of HT/LT connections of transformer, 11000/433V, 3 phase, 4 wire system and opening up the top cover of Transformer of capacity 100 KVA for checking the conditions to carryout repairs at site including draining out oil from the transformer in suitable container and repair to the transformer with replacement of parts (as required), checking the lead connection from winding to bush rods including necesary soldering/jointing etc and after complete repair, refilling the dehydrated oil, replacing perished gasket with new gasket of same size and testing on full load after connecting the HT/LT connections complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (a) Parts/spares of transformer shall be measured paid seperately as "Supply only", (b) Dehydration of transformer oil shall be measured and paid seperately)

Taking down carefully the existing 11KV/ 0.433 KV distribution transformer of capacity 315/400 KVA by disconnecting HT overhead connection/underground cables and earth strips etc. from any substation / locations using suitable capacity of crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully, Reloading the transformer after repairs and testing of transformer; transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position and re-commissioning at existing position with all necessary connections etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of all T & P for disconnection, re-connection, loading and unloading, transportation including necessary petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers etc. (b) Repair to transformer at workshop shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for repairs to Transformer step down 11KV/0.433 KV any type of capacity 315/400 KVA, after dismantling the transformer body carefully, opening the top cover of Transformer for inspection /repair, drain out the transformer oil from the tank complete, taking out the core and winding assy by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of u/s rubber bushes and washers , replacement of silica gel, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, warnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside by weather proof type using spray gun, writing of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lugs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning , conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, Meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (a) The unit quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost of winding wire, nuts, bolts washer including labour for making of coils, (b) All other spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only")

Supply only for replacement Gasket cork sheet 5mm thick of superior quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for replacement of HT bushing of transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity upto 630/500 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
