Erection of Stay set complete direct in earth complete with 19mm x 1800 mm long stay rod, anchor plate of size 300 x 300 x 8 mm thimble turn buckle, 7/3.15 mm dia G.I. stranded stay wire and train insulator etc. with supply of (TSECL Supply)

Laying and stringing of 1KM(Single Conductor) ACSR(6/1/2.59) mm dia WEASEL i/c hoisting & binding etc complete as required.

Erection of 0.3 to 1.2 mtr long 75X40X40X6mm MS Channel Bracket

Dismantling of 11KV 200A GOS unit set of three nos i/c necessary connection complete.

Erection of 11 KV pin insulator with G.I. pin

Erection of 11KV Single Disc insulator set along with necessary fittings.

HDD Machine digging/driling horizontally of diagonali direction for road crossing/water supply line/Telecomunication line/Gas pipe line etc including laying of 64 to 200 mm dia HDPE pipe and 70 sqmm power cable direct into the earth at a depth of minimum 1100mm below the ground surface with out effecting the existing road including excavation earth for entry pit as per site condition including coiling of excess cable at a depth of minimum 1200 with double layer bricks protection as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Rising of Cable with support of HDPE pipe( XLPE 11KV) 3CX70sqmm

Supply and erection of earthing set by 2.5mtr. Long G.I. Pipe ( ISI Marked ) of 40mm dia with holes including a pair of clamps of 50X6mm MS flat & 12mm dia galvanized nuts & bolts along with alternate layer of salt and charcoal with supply of G.I. Pipe as per REC Specification and design.

Grouting of 3Nos.Steel tubular poles of ratio 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 river sand : 4 Jhama brick aggregate of 20mm nominal size) inchluding supply of cement sand and brick aggregate complete with excavation, refilling of earch, ramming alongwith centering & shuttering as reqd. @ 0.273 Cum per pole. ( 0.273 x 4= 1.092 )
