Height Raising of LV Side Bus 40 T/F

Opening and dismantling of Twin panther jumpers from LV side of 40 MVA T/F-III (Kanohar make), LAs and 33 KV CTs, then dismantling of 33 KV LA (40 MVA T/F Kanohar make) after cutting of earthing etc. Dismantling of ALP structure by cutting, drilling of holes and joining by nut bolts of new fabricated ALP structure by using old angle parts of ALP for height raising of 33 KV Bus and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily with the help of skilled labour and T&P

1Erection of 33 KV LAs (40 MVA T/F-III, Kanohar make) on new fabricated ALP structure as per instruction mannual and technical specification and jumpering work at equipments of 40 MVA T/F-III, LV side, LAs and 33 KV CTs by twin panther conductor including shifting from store to erection site and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily with the help of skilled labour and T&P

Cutting, straightening, bending, laying of 50x5 mm MS flat for earthing of new fabricated ALP structure, LAs etc including welding with main earthmat, painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily with the help of skilled labour and T&P (MS Flat to be provided by Department)

Opening all jumpers of 33/0.4 KV, 250 KVA S/S T/F from HG fuse section and dismantling of all post insulators then cutting old structure and fabricating new HG fuse structure by cutting, drilling of holes and joining with nuts & bolts upto satisfactory height from ground level etc and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily with the help of skilled labour and T&P

Mounting of post insulators at new fabricated HG fuse structure of 33/0.4 KV , 250 KVA S/S T/F and new horn gap (with copper strip 20x6 mm) by cutting, bending, drilling of holes and proper fixing at post insulator with earthing of new fabricated structure by 50x5 mm MS flat etc. Jumpering work by panther conductor including cutting laying, bending and fixing and proper teightening and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily with the help of skilled labour and T&P (Copper strip to be provided by contractor)

Dismantling of 33 KV old Line/Bus Isolators by opening its jumpers, connectors, removing earthing etc. and shifting of materials from site to JE store.

Erection of 33 KV Line/Bus Isolators including shifting it from store to erection site and including cutting of conductor, proper jumpering and proper alignment for satisfactory job completion and earthing of isolator including cutting, bending and welding of 50x5 mm MS flat. (MS Flat to be provided by Department)

Fixing of 03 phase AC cubical box of size 1550x800x500 mm at S/S switchyard, by shifting it from JE store to erection site and doing erection work as per instruction mannual and tech specification, earthing by 50x5 mm MS Flat.

Laying of 31/2 x70/50 Sq. mm LT power cable 50 cms below the ground level after excavation and to put the first class bricks and river sand along the side of cable and back filling. The work includes both side termination of cable with crimping of lugsand all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily with the help of skilled labour, material and T&P (Power Cable will be provided by Department)
