Providing & fixing of SS female coupling on the outlet with lock in/c maintenance of SS Fire Hydrant Valve (Landing Valve) 80 mm etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 63 mm dia 15 m long re-inforced rubber lined(RRL) woven jacketed hose tested to bursting pressure 32 kg/sqcm including gunmetal male and female instanteneous type coupling approved by fire authority, machine would with G.I wire complete in all respects. Hose shall conform to I:S 636 type II and coupling to IS: 903-1985 with ISI certification(Two per hydrant Station) etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing & maintenance of MS Sheet cabinet for fire hose ( 750 X 600 x 250 mm ) in/c two or more coats of paintinting by red paint , replacement of front fibre glass, repairing of locking arrangement with lock etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairing & maintenance of 150 mm dia Sluice Valve in/c replacement of SS Spindle & glands etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 150 mm dia

Repairing & maintenance of 250 mm dia Non return Valve in/c replacement of glands and others necessary spares etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 250 mm dia.

Servicing of Fire Pumps & motors with necessary cleaning, greasing, oiling, checking of base along with checking of electrical connections to the Pump sets etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing & maintenance of Engine driven Fire Pump by changing of Engine oil in/c necessary filters cleaning, greasing, oiling, checking of base, motor along with checking of bodily electrical connections to the Pump sets etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of Motor Control Centre with Diesel engine Controller for operation of Fire Pumps including replacement of damaged/ defected parts as per system requirement etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of 150 amp-hour 12 volt Battery for engine driven Fire Pump etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Servicing of Pressure Switches including necessary adjustments of pressure switches for automatic operation of fire pumps etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Pressure Switch for automatic operation of Fire Pumps etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of Pressure gauges (100/150 mm dia) inside Fire water Pump House including Cost of material by replacing old damaged ones etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting fixing , installation & commissioning of 15mm/ 25 mm dia, SITC Forged Brass ball valves with brass body nickle coated , brass ball, hard chrome plated, suitable for fire fighting etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing standard size SS branch pipe with gunmetal nozzle 16 mm dia outlet with standard male instantaneous spring lock type 63 mm dia coupling. Branch pipe and nozzle shall confirm to IS: 903-1985. etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Maintenance & fitting fixing of fire-brigade inlet connection with male instantaneous inlet coupling complete with Cap and chain for suitable dia MS Pipe connection, ISI marked conforming to IS: 904 as required (material-copper/aluminium alloy) ,4 way 150 mm dia MS pipe etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

24 hours (3 shifts)Operation in/c watch & ward of fire fighting system of G+7 building of Agartala Govt. Dental College, IGM Hospital Complex for 1(one) year as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract (CAMC) of complete fire protection system from the date of final commissioning with monthly checking, routing, preventive maintenance for 1(one) year as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
