Construction of ATC Tower Cum Technical Block at CA, Vadodara SH SITC OF Airfield Lighting control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) Including AICMC of 05 Years at Vadodara Airport

SH-I :- SITC of ALCMS Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System (ALCMS), Type 'L 890 BB' to the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 150/5345 - 56B (Current edition) and additional circuits/ mechanisms/ interfaces for control & monitoring of constant current regulators (CCRs) & fixed circuits such as Landing - H, Wind cones, Apron High Mast flood lights Beacon lights etc., as mentioned in Annexure-1, network diagram, maintaining data and event log records, suitable interface to make them compatible with ALCMS, Data & Power Cabling, Earthing etc., including PLC and I/O modules, all hardwares and softwares, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the ALCMS system etc. to ensure failsafe, expandable and future proof system in line with the scope of work, details of equipments, equipments specification, performance criteria etc., complete as per site requirement and tender specifications. Two vault processor, Two touch screen, Two monitor(one for tower and one for CCR room) complete with industrial grade computer & UPS should be provided for running in parallel for redundancy in operation etc complete as per site requirement and tender specifications.

Supply and laying of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) (ISI marked) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., complete as required. through existing HDPE pipe of 50 mm dia.

Supply of 50mm dia.(O.D.) HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) duct of grade PE80, PN6 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:1995 with latest ammendments complete as required.

Laying of 50mm HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. in the existing existing RCC/HUME/metal pipe/ masonry duct/ trench complete as required.

Laying of 50mm HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, couplers etc. on wall surface/cable tray clamped with 1mm thick saddle at required intervals as required.

Supply and fixing of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) (ISI marked) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., as loop inside the vault processors/Open duct/ surface including providing cable tie/ mounting clamps etc., complete as required.

Supply of 8c x 1.5 sq.mm. of XPLE insulated PVC sheathed armoured copper conductor control cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) with up to date ammendment etc. complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

SH-II :- AICMC of ALCMS All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of complete ALCMS & other related hardwares and softwares (pertaining to item no.1 only) including all spares and consumables, providing full support during breakdown & trouble shooting, programming, carrying out quarterly routine maintenance checks, preventive and breakdown maintenance etc. as required as per good engineering practices, recommendations of the respective equipment manufacturers and instructions of engineer- in-charge for maintaining the systems. This includes keeping the system in acceptable functional and serviceable state etc. as specified including cost of all spare parts. First Year (after Completion of one year DLP) (3% of Item no No.1)

Second Year (after Completion of one year DLP) (5% escalation on First year cost of Item no.9.01)

Third Year (after Completion of one year DLP) (5% escalation on Second year cost of Item no.9.02)

Fourth Year (after Completion of one year DLP) (5% escalation on Third year cost of Item no.9.03)

Fifth Year (after Completion of one year DLP) (5% escalation on Fourth year cost of Item no.9.04)
