Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays etc complete al las specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Item Ser No 1 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exc 3.0mtr deep.

M & L sand cushioning for cable with river washed clean dry sharp sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid to the contractor.

Supply and laying old size bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' for cable protection to provide required cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Item Ser No 4.00 above but except bricks.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone) for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pole foundation, coping, stay pits etc including provision of necessary form work to aachieve fair finishes surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC/steel tubular pole any type and any size after disconnecting all electrical connection incl clearance of site complete all as the direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and erection of PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing of two coats of black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm high each alternate strip 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Description and matter as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

M&L drilling hole of any size manually as per site requirement for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cables complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: Pipe will be measured & paid for separately.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as directed by Engr-in charge. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately here in before.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 25 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks , removing, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Note: Loop type insulators, stay clamp, stay wire, excavation and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

M & L in replacement cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

S & F in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Jaipuria / Hitkari / Southern Insulators.

S & F in replacement pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm height and 65 mm dia with GI spindle two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Jaipuria / Hitkari / Southern Insulators.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for welding of existing unserviceable door hinges of LT feeder pillar/LT panel board indoor/out door type of different size panels at different locations including adjusting the door for smooth opening and closing of the panel boards complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement garding wire Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia under overhead ACSR conductor to provide protection against conductor broken complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of cross arms , nut , bolts, clamps etc are measured and paid separately.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable earthing and Material & labour new earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth wire of size 4 mm by means of nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, pit cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm tor steel bars @10cm C/C both ways, 20 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement GI tubing 80 mm bore light grade, on poles,on walls, under floors, road crossing, as required at site complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Description all as per Item Ser No 36 above but 50 mm dia.

Supply and Fix in replacement MCCB TPN 400 Amps , 415 Volts, 36 KA ,4 Pole, Ics=100% Icu ,overload adjustable short circuit adjustable type incl complete connection all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L cutting wall/road/PCC/Hard standing /Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including making surface finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L detecting of fault in LT cable of any type and any size with fault locator equipment which is capable to supply as per cable for making cable serviceable all as directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 1000/- per day. (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting making Joint will be paid under relevant item here in after.

Supply and fix in repair LT line separators 1100 V grade PVC spacer to separate LT conductor from each other 4 line as per IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LT line separators 1100 V grade PVC spacer to separate LT conductor from each other 3 line as per IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing LT/HT over head conductor from insulator wherever required and restretching the same without any kink/bend upto permissible sag, binding it on insulators by means of binding wire including fixing the line separator at 2 to 3 places where required and directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing of OH line after completion of above work all as specified as directed. Note : (i) Four runs of LT overhead conductor for phase and one run of conductor for neutral shall be measured and paid as one length. (ii) Line separator shall be measure and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour fixing aluminium terminals (thimbles) in 1100 volt LT XLPE cable upto size 50 sqmm incl dismantling old thimbles of any type.

Material and labour fixing aluminium terminals (thimbles) in 1100 volt LT XLPE cable upto size 70-185 sqmm incl dismantling old thimbles of any type.

Material and labour fixing aluminium terminals (thimbles) in 1100 volt LT XLPE cable upto size 240-400 sqmm incl dismantling old thimbles of any type.

Material and labour shifting heavy items / excavating / cleaning areas / clearing site by providing crane/hydra/excavators/tractors/trolley etc as required at site complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old surface and cleaning of steel tubular poles LT 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc and providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm in hieght each 1.5 mtr from coping and starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints with two coats incl repairing damaged portion of PCC coping and painting on coping with two coats of cement base white paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included marking of numbers on each LT pole as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

Material & Labour one coat cement base paint on PCC pole 9 mtr long including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint including painting with two coats of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl repairing damaged portion of coping and painting on coping with two coats of cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included marking of numbers on each LT pole as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be included the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

M&L Chemical spray (DC> 2-26 having container 415ml/300g for precision blended multipurpose product for prevents corrosion penetrates, lubricates, displaces and seals out moisture release rusted mechanism cleanse etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in replacement Air Circuit Breaker, fixed type, electrically spring operated, TPN, 4 Pole, 800 Amps, 415 Volt with Microprocessor based release,(O/L, S/C, E/F protection & confirming to IEC - 60947-2 &3 rated breacking capacity / making capacity 50 KA short time current all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement heat shrinkable type straight through cable jointing kit 1100 Volts grade ,for XLPE/PVC cable of size 3.5x185 Sqmm all as specified. Make - Birla 3M / Denson / Raychem.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type 1100 Volts grade ,for XLPE/PVC cable of size 3.5/4.0x10Sqmm to 50Sqmm all as specified. Make - Birla 3M / Denson / Raychem.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type 1100 Volts grade ,for XLPE/PVC cable of size 3.5x70-150Sqmm all as specified. Make - Birla 3M / Denson / Raychem.

M & L maintance of LT feeder pillar /LT panel board any type and size indoor/outdoor by disamandling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables,cutting burnt edge of the cable what ever is required ,providing thimble lugs of suitable required for different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, cleaning of bus bars by menas of rubbing grinding etc and providing PVC sleeves of suitable rating on bus bars maintaing colour code (RYB & N) including replacement of bolts nuts & washers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections and testing of panles on full load all as specified and as directed.

M & L spraying chemical (Round up) on area to remove unwanted vegitation/grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, fabricate, erect , connect, test and commissoning of factory made, CPRI approved,cubical type, outdoor type LT panal board, totally enclosed , dust, weather and vermin proof 1100 Volt grade , 50HZ AC supply made out by 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 2 mm thick for non load bearing, fully compartmentalised, with IP 65 protection all as per conferming to IS 2417 of 1962 complete including the following accessories housed in all as specified and as directed.

(a) 4 Nos bus bar of equal size made out of copper strip of suitable size with PVC insulated colour coded heat shrinkabale type sleeves, of rating 300 Amps, mounted on non cracking resin type insulators - 01 Job

(b) MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, 36 kA, with Fixed Thermal Magnetic release, 250 Amps, - 01 No (Incoming).

Notes- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv)The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. (vi)Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement MS clamps made of flat iron of size 25X3mm including nut bolts for fixing GI pipe to poles complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 69010.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit(Revised) mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
