Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/ mK.

Alternator

The Bus bars will be Copper purity 99.9% / electrolytic grade E91 Aluminium. Automatic Power Factor Correction Relay

12 steps 3 phase, Microcontroller based Power factor correction Intelligent controller equivalent to Schneider- VARSET model, having PF monitoring and correction of individual phase, with multi functional display. CONTROL PANELS FOR FANS

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the following cubicle type, dead front, sheet steel, wall mounted control panels, including anchoring into the wall, wiring terminating into MCCB and copper earthing, in each panel shall be provided by the electrical contractor.

All wiring and copper earthing of motors from the panel shall be included.

The panel shall include the following components & accessories.

Suitable rating incoming MCCB/MCB

Suitable rating AC-3 duty contactor(s), overload relay with builtin single phasing preventor, star delta timer (For S/D starters).

Phase indicating lights & control MCBs.

Push buttons for manual start/stop of motor.

ON status indicating light for starter with control MCB.

Time delay relay for delayed restart of motor

Interlocking terminals & wiring for fire damper, motorized dampers etc. as per control scheme.

INLINE FANS

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of INLINE FANS suitable for installing in any position in vertical or horizontal ducts. The casing shall be double skin, internally acoustically lined and constructed of galvanised steel. The fan shall be DIDW with forward curve impeller fitted with maintenance free external rotor motor. The motor shall be suitable for 220±10% volt single phase 50 cycles AC supply.

PACKAGE UNITS

COOLING/HEATING THERMOSTAT

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of THERMOSTAT (AHU) cooling/heating. The thermostat shall be electronic room temperature controller with digital display & fan speed control, capable of providing individual space temperature control for cooling/heating application. The controller shall produce output to cooling/heating coils in response to load change in rooms. The controller shall be designed to modulate two control devices such as 2 way motorized valves for chilled/hot water duty.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of snap acting THERMOSTAT (FCU) cooling/heating. Supplying , Installing, testing and commissioning of powder coated extruded aluminium exhaust air louvers with bird screen with metallic frame work & fixing accessories , to be fixed on external wall to exhaust air from respective area to ambient, it shall be suitable for exhausting required air in CFM . Louvers need to be suitable in order avoid rain water entry in to spaces @ 15 degree deflection with bird screen complete as per specification approved drawings and schedules.

Supplying, Fixing,testing and commissioning of fire dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air path as and where required of required sizes i/c control wiring,the damper shall be motorized and spring return so as to close the damper in the event of power failure automatically and open the same in case of power being restored. The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.
