Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc. as per ASTM B221-02. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor /floor to wall expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional seismic movement without stress to it's components. System shall consist of metal profiles with a universal aluminum base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and finish floor treatments. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy projects movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacturer’s pre-engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions. The Self - centering arrangement shall exhibit circular sphere ends that lock and slide inside the corresponding aluminum extrusion cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions including vertical displacement. Provision of Moisture Barrier Membrane in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the manufactures design and as approved by Engineer -in- Charge. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063).

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning / centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221- 02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/ opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection > 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity <0.043 w/ mK.

11 KV HT Switchboard ( 4 VCB's switchboard Panel Expendable )
SUBSTATION 11KV/433KV
Supply, delivery, erection, testing and commissioning of a Four panel ( one incomer +three outgoing) indoor duty totally enclosed sheet steel clad floor mounting, vermin proof, fully interlocked vertical isolation, extensible, horizontal draw out, air insulated, metal clad switchboard having double isolation features complete with circuits as detailed below. The switchboard would be complete with necessary PVC insulated copper busbars, small wiring, labels, cable eyes, cable termination to receive XLPE cables, foundation bolts and suitable for operation on 11 kV 3 phase, 50 cycle, earthed system with a rupturing capacity of 350 MVA .This HT panel must be extendable for future requirement in such a manner not to disrupt ongoing services at the point of use during extension.
All Incoming and outgoing feeders shall have fault trip auxiliiary contacts for wiring to annunciation fault trip indication panel

3 - Dual Core Cast resin Current transformers of ratio 75-120/5A Class 5P10 and Class 1.0, 15 VA burden for protection & metering.
1- 3 Phase cast resin horizontal draw out line potential transformer ratio 11 KV/√3:110/√3 Volt, class 1.0, 200 VA connected star/star with H.V. and L.V. connections, H.V.fuses and LV MPCB of adequate rating to withstand fault level in PT circuit, isolating plugs for H.V. and L.V. connection.

11kV/0.433kV ONAN WITH OFF LOAD TAP CHANGER WITH BUCHHOLZ, OTI , WTI RELAYs
Design, Manufacture, Supply at site, inspection of Consultant's/client at Factory at your cost of following rating continuous duty cycle, 11kV/0.433kV, 3 phase, 50Hz, Dyn-11 vector group, step down, outdoor type, copper wound, ONAN type transformers with Off Load Tap changer & with all fixing accessories including complete as per specifications. The transformer shall be delivered along with after complete factory tests and temprature rise test, Operational & Maintenance manual and test certificate of unconditional guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 18 months from the date of supply.

Alternator
Synchronous alternator rated at 1010KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.80 lagging power factor at 50 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL. The alternator shall be having microprocessor based controller with BMS compatibility, SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class-F/H insulation.
Cable termination Box suitable to receive 1600A, TPN Busduct Sandwich or air insulated type.
Base Frame & Foundation:
Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and antivibration mountings arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.
Fuel Tank: (External)
Daily service fuel tank of 990 liters capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S./CRCA sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class 'C' pipes of suitable dia. Complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications.
Exhaust System:
Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor.
Starting System:
DC starting system comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 2 x 160 AH, 12V capacity SMF lead acid type) as required as per specifications.
Accoustic for weather and noice proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per CPCB-II Norm & technical specifications.
D.G. EXHAUST PIPE
Supplying and fixing of exhaust gas piping of 250mm dia. for 1010kVA rating D.G. Set welded black MS, 'B' Class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, the work include necessary cladding of exhaust pipe work using wiremesh, 50mm thick Loosely bound resin(LBR)mattress / mineral wool/ Rockwool, density not less than 150kg/m and aluminium cladding (0.6mm thick min.) for temperature up to 450°C, complete portion complete as required as per specifications.
Note- Contractor / Vendor to check the diaMeter of the exhaust pipes w.r.t. back pressure calculations & confirm the exhaust pipe sizes & suggest changes if required. This is to be done before supply of material / at the time of tendering. The contractor to measure actual pipe lengths as per site conditions & then confirm the suitability of pipe dia Meters supported by back pressure calculations.
INSULATION OF SILENCER FOR 1010KVA D.G. SET
Supplying and fixing of insulation around the silencer including necessary cladding work using wiremesh, 50mm thick Loosely bound resin(LBR)mattress / mineral wool/ Rockwool, density not less than 150kg/m and aluminium cladding (0.6mm thick min.) for temperature up to 450°C, complete portion complete as required as per specifications.
CORRUGATED BELLOW
Supplying & fixing of Stainless Steel Expansion Joints, Corrugated bellow of 250 dia Meter to fit in exhaust pipe.
MAIN LT PANEL/ SUB LT PANEL/ MDB & SDB
Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Totally Type Tested Panels complying IEC 61439 -1/2 cubical with Internal arc withstand and impact resistance IK10 as per ICE62262. The panel shall be tested for an internal arc of 50kA for minimum 0.4 seconds. The degree of protection of minimum IP 42 for indoor and IP 65 for outdoor use. Suitable for 415V, 3Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz Ac supply system fabricated in compartmentalized (preferably) design from CRCA sheet steel of minimum 2 mm thick for load bearing member and 1.6mm for Non load bearing member, 3mm thick for gland, plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete, having extensible type aluminium bus bars of high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity of 50kA for 1 Sec., bottom frame shall be 100mm Height as per OEM standard, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, Entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 32mm x 6mm or as specified below at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switch gears with required size of Al with form-4B construction. bus bars and control wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor S/C cable, cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switch gears :-
The Bus bars will be Copper purity 99.9% / electrolytic grade E91 Aluminium. Panels will be powder coating (60-80micron as per IS:13871 for indoor and 90-100 micron for outdoor), include one size higher terminal block in cable alley and interconnecting wires between bus bars and terminals via MCB. All Bus-Bar alley and relay compartments shall be provide fully automtic control thermotate with strip heater.

Contractor to submit manufacturer's Total discrimination curves prove the same, insulation material & corners cover on bus-bars for approval. Feeders should be totally bolted structure with interchangeable feeder.
All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. SMC shrouds bus bar supports shall be used. Padlocking facility shall be provided on all MCCB feeder doors and switch handles shall be lockable in OFF position.

Automatic Power Factor Correction Relay
12 steps 3 phase, Microcontroller based Power factor correction Intelligent controller equivalent to Schneider- VARSET model, having PF monitoring and correction of individual phase, with multi functional display. Chilled Water Cooling coils shall be minimum 12.5 mm dia tubes, minimum 0.4 mm thick with sine wave aluminium fins firmly bonded to copper tubes assembled in zinc coated steel frame. Face and surface areas shall be such as to ensure rated capacity from each unit and such that the air velocity across the coil shall not exceed 150 meters per minute. The coil shall be pitched in the unit casing for proper drainage. The coil shall have copper header with chilled water supply & return connections protruding out of AHU casing by minimum 150 mm and fitted with dielectric coupling for connection with MS pipes. Each coil shall be factory-tested at 21 kg per sq. m air pressure under water. Tube shall be hydraulically / mechanically expanded for minimum thermal contact resistance with fins. Fin spacing shall be 4 - 5 fins per cm. Water pressure drop in coil shall not exceed 10 PSIG. The Price quaoted should be inclusive of servicing & commissioning of existing AHU's
