OD38964/2026-2027:Supply erection, testing and commissioning of vertical turbine pumpset after sufficient trial runs capable of discharging 5200 lpm against a total head of 70m having 960-1500 sync speed with bronze LTB2 impeller and SS316 Shaft with cast iron casing and also with bronze LTB2 neck ring,SS 410 sleeve with suitable size suction pipes, non return valve, sluice valves etc. Warranty shall be limited to Five years (ie, the extended warranty of two years beyond the original warranty period of three year).The motor should be VSS, energy efficient IE3 as per IS 12615-2018.

OD38965/2026-2027:Soft starter compactable for 440 volt capable for capble of operating the motor having a protection level of IP 40 or more with integrated bypass contractor in the panel and motor protection relay having parameters as per IE rules with power control MCCB and line power contractor and starting current shall be 1.5 times normal full load current of motor with ammeter, voltmeter and phase indicators, space heaters floor mounting pipes and having insulation of 11000v/440v Supply with capacitor of more than 50KVAR capacity, sufficient cables.

OD38967/2026-2027:Annual maintenance contract of newly commissioned 120 HP VT Pump set for a period of five years ( ie, the extended warranty of two years beyond the original warranty period of three year) from the date of commissioning. Annual maintenance contract also includes the supply, conveying and fixing the consumables like Gland bush,Gland cup, Spider bush in the pump and taper bearing roller bearing and other bearings in the motor and also the supply,conveying and fixing of pump shaft when ever required (Replacement of any parts is the responsibility of contractor) within five years from the date of commissioning for the smooth functioning of pump for 5 Year-warranty. Supply bearing, Gland cup, gland bush, Gland packing ,spider bush (1 set) lubrication Oil (10 Ltrs) shall be effected at the time of commissioning
