Excavation in foundation and trenches in all type of soil such as pickwork jumper work Kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock etcupto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3mtrs clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( 1 cement : 6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all heights and depths including all leads lifts and carrige of material at site and as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonery (uncoursed/ brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth levelling up with cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (1cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in cement motor 1: 6 (1cement : 6 sand) in foundation and plinth including carriage of material up to all leads and lifts.

Squared rubble masonery coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth in retaining wall/breast wall including racking out joints in cement mortar 1: 6 (1cement : 6 sand) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying Damp proof course 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) at plinth level and curing

Applying a coat of hot bitumen [mexphalt 80/100 or equivelent using 1.70 kg/sqmtrs on damp proof course after cleanig the surfaces with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene oil.

2nd class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in supper structure in cement mortar 1:6 (1cment:6 sand) 2nd Class bricks including all leads,lifts and carriage of material at site and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Providing wood work in frames of doors , windows, clerestory windowsand other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position.Second class Deodar wood.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40 Cm long including fixing to frames 10mm diameter bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embended in cement concrete block 30x10x15 Cm.In1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 gradedstone agg. 20mm nominal size)
