PART - A : ROAD MAINTENANCE Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete (GR-II) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess, tax etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess, tax etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Stripping excess soil from the shoulder surface to achieve the approved level and compacting with plate compactor etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

PART - B : ROAD PROPERTY MAINTENANCE Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess, tax etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on plastered concrete surfaces including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty, cess, tax etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Maintenance of developed area to bring a stage of full growth and regular watering, weeding, top dressing with organic manure, hoeing and manuring of shrubs and trees for 12 Months ( Total area = 105520 sft)

Watering of plants by tankers including taxes and energy charges for 10 months. Each tanker is having 6000 liters per hr capacity (Calculating 1 tanker for 8 Hrs per day )

Watch and ward for 3 Km. during day time for 12 Months

Provision of watering from tanker manualy for 10 Months (Calculating @ 2MD per tanker per day . For 300 tanker per 300 days or 10 Months = 300x2 MD = 600MD for 10 Months)
