OD48854/2024-2025: Annual maintenance of all panels Main panel and Motor control panel - and starter panels and DBs which inlcudes periodical cleaning of panel with blower and Checking and tightening of cable terminations of all the incoming & outgoing feeders of all the panels. Checking & tightening of all the control cables of panels and .Checking the proper operation of switch gear items and attending all the minor repairs like changing damaged beeding and smc sheets and changing damaged knobs of all switch gear compartments and changing led indicators and push buttons and changing cont actors and relays in starter panel and voltmeters and ammeters and fuse links and Switch gears if needed ( excluding supply of ammeters and volt meters and indicators conatctors and relays) )and checking earth connection, attending repairs to all the compound lights including street light and flood lights including checking the fault and attending minor repairs( excluding fittings), Servicing of stand alone street light in the bridge approach road premises which includes cleaning of panel for removing dirt and dust and checking Connection and refilling the battery water in the existing DGs batteries ensuring trouble free opeartion for a period of 12 months .

OD52781/2024-2025:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate stater and rotor/stator, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new rotor/stator lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running(Less scrap copper)
