Taking down existing complete roof /parapet treatment any thickness including mud phuska, plastering, leaping plaster of any thickness cuting & up rooting tree roots/Vegitable growth & removing the debris from the premises upto 500m from the MOD land including cleaning/washing down and keeping surfaces clean complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement as in padding, benching, sunken portion etc., on roof surface for correcting/making proper slope on roof, etc.,complete all as specified and directed .(Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M & L for application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/ non approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface) to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :-(a) Cleaning existing surface properly with wire brush & applying 10 mm thick plaster /rendering in cement mortar (1:3)mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound, mixed in proportion 200 milli litre per 50 Kg of cement (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.50 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gms/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gms/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 150 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP modified polymeric membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /sqm over APP Membrane.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface in ceiling etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (External) on brick or concrete surface etc., in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coats ) applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of old/existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of chalk whitening primer applying by pump roller applicator of any shade or tint over & including applying 3mm thick wall care putty(make:J K /BIRLA) in two layers to make entire surface free from undulations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling including cornices, by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc including filling the cracks and depressions with putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (OBD) on ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (two or more coats applied @ 1.67 Ltr/10 Sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm over a coat of 2 mm thick putty,applying by bump roller applicator complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters exceeding 1.5 Sqm sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames) etc including builders hardware etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F powder coated (with coating layer of minimum 50 micron thick) aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators shutters(fixed/ sliding track two or three track) and partitions frames with extruded built up standard sections of approved make fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions with sealent with wall, i.e. at top, bottom and sides including cleat angle, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work such as grills,gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railing; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290- Gde E -165 & for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, etc.complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for coloured Non digital paver vetrified exterior tiles 300mm X 300 mm X 10mm thick, in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 375 mm x 250 mm x7mm thick / 450 mm x 300 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc., over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick virtrified ceramic (Light shade) tiles polished area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick vitrified ceramic ( Light shade) tiles polished area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.0 sqm , laid in vertical surface as in dado/skirting etc over & including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4,set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for mirror polish machine cut Kota stone slab 16 to 18mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados in narrow width, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing with beeswax polishing into mirror finish over & including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) etc complete all as specifed & directed.

M&L for 18 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs, pillar,window cill,cooking platforms and like, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc including dismantling of exsting slab complete all as specifed and as directed.
