od2860/2020_2021 : Hiring and erection fabricated stall of 3 x 3 m with prefab powder coated octanorm system along with aluminum section(powder coated) white laminated sheet including table- 2No ( 4 ft x2.5 ft) ,Chair -2Nos, Waste Bin 1no, providing name facia as per the design approved by the committee etc for 5 days including dismantling and removing fom site Stalls. Rate per cubicle for 5 days

od2861/2020_2021 : Supplying 2 nos 2 seat sofa set and 1 tea poi for the VIP Pavilion for one day. Rate per set for one day.

od2862/2020_2021 : Providing pavilion with Germen structure constructed with Aluminum Alloy pipes and silpolin side covering, fitted with suitable AC fittings to control temperature within 22 to 26 degrees. Rate per Sqm for 5 Days.

od2863/2020_2021 : Hiring and laying charges for synthetic carpet for floor area for 5 days including removing fom site. Rate per Sqm for 5 Days.

od2864/2020_2021 : Supplying and providing additional table(4 x 2.5 ft) with cloth for food court and counter etc for the stalls as required for each day including removing from site (Rate for each/day)

od2865/2020_2021 : Hire and labour charges for spreading additional armless plastic chair.(Rate for each /day)

od2866/2020_2021 : Hire and labour charges for spreading additional armed good quality plastic chair.(Rate for each /day)

od2867/2020_2021 : Supplying and fixing Pagoda white tent (min 6 x 6 x 3.0 m) for 5 days including dismantling and removing fom site. (Rate for each /day)

od2868/2020_2021 : Providing Four desktop computers/laptops with internet facility and one laser color printer at the facilitation room, control room office room, media room etc for 5 days as approved by the committee. (Rate per set for 5 days)

od2869/2020_2021 : Arranging permission and inspection from Government department such as PWD, Fire and rescue Department, Corporation Suchithwa Mission and relevent departments including fees and other expenses

od2870/2020_2021 : Hire and labour for providing one good podium for the stage for one day. (Rate for each for 5 days)

od2871/2020_2021 : Hire and labour charges for cushioned VIP chair(Rate is each / day)

od2872/2020_2021 : Hire and labour for providing drinking water ( 20ltr cans) with dispenser unit, with 5 refillings per day for 5days. (Rate for one unit with 5 refillings per day for 5 days)

od2873/2020_2021 : Hire and labour providing e-toilet (size 1.20x1.20m or nearest) or portable size with storage tank and water drainage system, cleaning arrangement for every two hours etc and removing from the site etc complete for 1 day. (Rate for each /day)

od2874/2020_2021 : Cost for engaging labour for cleaning all the stalls and premises of exhibition, seminar halls and other places used for the programme purpose (Rate per day)

od2875/2020_2021 : Providing VIP Protocol Towel for VIP Chairs (Rate for each /day)

od2876/2020_2021 : Hire and labour charges for providing Table top Flower on teapoi of stage of auditorium including labour and conveyance etc complete. (Rate for each /day)

od2877/2020_2021 : Hire and labour charges for providing Flower Bed infront of stage of auditorium including labour and conveyance etc complete. (Rate for metre /day)

od2878/2020_2021 : Hire and labour charges for 5kg Fire DCP Extinguisher and arranging it at the exhibition stall including labour and conveyance etc complete. Rate per each for 5 Days

od2879/2020_2021 : Supplying and installing temporary partitions in hall using with fabricated paneling of 8ft to 10 ft height for 5 days including dismantling and removing from site Cost per meter for 5 days

od2880/2020_2021 : Providing portable washbasin for VIP Pavilion including transportation and all other costs (rate for one number per day)
