M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine removal of nails etc & filling crack/holes with putty and applying two coats of 100% premium exterior acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new/old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instruction.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls, chajja, facia, roof projection etc by washing, rubbing down and stopping and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, white or tinted on old painted surfaces of walls including cleaning glass, joinery electrical fittings, wiring etc; of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on wall / ceiling / chajjas and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Ltre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces as per the manufacturer instruction and all coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of minimum 1 Ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying average 15mm thick plaster in two coats (10+5mm) with ready-mix pre-packed proportioned dry mix mortar, blended with PP fibres, mixed with liquid water proofing compound @200ml per oen bag of cement or as manufacture's instructions on top layer on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives on external surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Liquid water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster of cement mortar (1:4) rendering on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm thick & 5 mm thick each) mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @200ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair & even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645-1975 specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old / previously decorated surfaces/ of walls and applying one coat of cement base paints including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade with roller including wall putty / white cement wherever required to fill the wall cracks/holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash / colour wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash/color wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painting to steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation and applying one coat of weather proof paint any tint on chequered pattern(any shape/colour) / kerb stones or cement surface including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of old treated wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying of Finishing coat with synthetic varnish including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for a coat of Aluminum paint on steel surfaces or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rewriting/repainting to existing writing letters or figures not exc 30 cm height in block Roman, Italian or Indian letters including stops, comma, arrows, brackets, dashes etc on sign board (Black or yellow base) including two coats of oil paint over a coat white base synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering walls by applying one coat of acrylic based distemper emulsion of any tint/shade with roller including wall putty / white cement wherever required to fill the wall cracks/holes complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- Notes for All Painting and Weather Proofing Painting Items:- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of the work :- (i) All the painting works and weather proofing works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company or their authorised applicator as approved by GE and contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) Contractor shall deposit entire qty of materials (Proprietary material) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engr-in-charge/ office-in-charge of unit. (iii) The material as required shall be issued to contractor by JE / Engr-in-charge on daily basis and the empty container / bags shall be deposited in the store of Engr-in-charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufactures, (iv) After completion of the painting works contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets / stain of paint left on the glass floor, glass and joinery.
