Disconnecting the voltage stabilizer from LT side, then opening the lid of the 500 KVA voltage stabilizer of lift irrigation scheme Janbazpora-I unit no .03 with the help of tools & tackles, then lifting of regulator along with the complete core from container by way of using chain pulley block. The job then includes the charge of repairs to regulator contact points by way of grinding, turning finishing etc. with the help of grinder, file, sand paper ,.then fitted it back by way of tightening nuts & bolts & filling fresh T-oil forty litre for topping to all stabilizers & tested on full load.

Repairs to 5HP 3 phase priming pumping unit of lift irrigation scheme Darpora & Sheeri-II lying by way loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for repair. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality (4.5 kg). The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of insulation material in the slots of stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc. and varnishing of winding with good quality varnish. The job also includes p/f of Bakelite connections plate as per sample with proper thimbling of terminals. The job also includes the charge for making sleeve, balancing of shaft on lathe machine, p/f of new nuts & bolts & greasing of bearings, packing etc. for the completion of work. Then reassembling the pumping unit at workshop and shifting to site and tested on full load. Deduct the cost of old scrap (3.6kg).

Repairs to 150 HP ATS Starter of lift irrigation scheme Delina Main at site by way of a) Removing of accumulated carbon from contact points of all contactor by applying carbon tetra chloride active chemical to make the surface clean. Adjustment of all protection devices, removing of dirt, dust and other greasy substance with the help of highly volatile thinner/acetone and blowing of compressed air inside the starter compartment b) The job includes the charge for p/f LED phase indicator with surge protection of reputed make (3n c) The job also includes the charge for providing & fitting of brass bolts with nuts as per sample for incoming and outgoing connections. for ATS (1kg) d) job also includes the charge for replacement of voltmeter & Ampere meter (0-500) of reputed make for starter e) Providing, fitting & setting of electro pneumatic timing relay with timing range up to 60s coil voltage 415V.(2NO & 2NC double block ON/OFF delay).
