Schedule "A" Part - VI: [Miscellaneous Items] [Internal Electrification, External Electrification and Air Conditioning]: [To be quoted by the bidder.]

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable, single core multi stranded 1100Volt grade confirming to IS 694: 1977, drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit not less than 20mm bore, concealed type, medium grade as per IS 9537 (Part 1-1983) with conduit accessories, junction boxes, tees, terminal boxes with and including factory made MS boxes, modular cover plates with frame for mounting modular switches, including one run of 1.5 Sq.mm single core FRLS PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, for one light / fan point controlled by one one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cutting chases and making good surfaces shall be included in the unit rate.

All as per Serial Item No. 6.01 here-in-before but with 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable and 2.5 Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor for 3 pin 5 Amp switch socket point, on independent board, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial Item No. 6.01 here-in-before but with 4.0Sqmm copper conductor cable and 4.0Sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor for 5/15Amp socket point/security light point controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead 4mm GI wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, including excavation / earth work in any strata, adequate quantity of charcoal and common salt, PCC chamber with with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick cover slab with suitable handle and angle iron frame of suitable size to fix the cover, with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh and 25 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for GI wire protection and 4mm GI earth wire, including testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth wire will be measured after 7.5mtr from the earth strip or earth testing terminal block whichever is lesser under relevant item.

All as per Serial Item No. 6.04 here in before but using galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm earthing lead and 50mm bore GI pipe medium grade as protection pipe. .

Supply install and testing of Feeder pillar box (Out door) cubical type, floor mounted fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and front opening door with locking arrangement and painted with epoxy powder coated paint with suitable aluminium bus bar of 1200 Amps capacity for 3 phase ,4 wire system, 415V ,having separate compartments for each swich gear, metering equipment, CT coils etc complete and also provision for two spare compartments suitable for 250 A capacity MCCB complete with the following :-

Incoming :- (a) LT ACB, operational voltage 660V, insulation volt 1000V, AC, 50 cycles, 3-Phase 4 pole Electrical Draw out type rated current 800A of breaking capacity 65KA with quick make, quick break, electrical operating mechanism with triple mound current transformer, microprocessor based over current release, adjustable short circuit release, earth fault release with shunt trip, with indication under voltage release and wired for indicating trip healthy circuit ancillary switch etc. complete for over load release rating 400-800 Amps.

Out going :- (b) MCCB 415V, 4 pole with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting , 250 Amp 50 KA - 02 Nos (c) MCCB 415V, 4 pole with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting , 160 Amp 36 KA - 03 Nos (d) MCCB 415V, 4 pole with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, 100 Amps 36 KA- 03 Nos (e)Time switch Analog type 230V, 50Hz, with 3 position over ride switch (On/Auto/Off), horizontal dial (CAT NO: 412812 of Legrand or equivalent cat part of makes mentined in PS ) (f) Suitable capacity Power contactor triple pole of capacity-40A, with manual over ride and of coil voltage 230V, kitkat switches, toggle switches, timers, relays, time clock (Analog ) shall be considered. Note : Pillar box shall be CPRI approved, ICU = 100% ICS , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1100 volt grade cable for straight through joint complete with jointing material (epoxy based) and accessories suitable for 3.5 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Hi Wall Split type Inverter type Air conditioner with indoor / outdoor units with cordless remote control unit with battery (suitable size) Summer Cool / Turbo Cool and with in-built HD Filters / advanced Air Ioniser and Plasma filter, copper winding inverter compressor, copper condensor for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- 1. The quoted rate is deemed to include for GI bracket of suitable size for fixing of indoor and outdoor unit in wall of any height . 2. Copper tube of suitable size and length (for each ACs), Drain water PVC pipe of suitable size and length (for each ACs) , copper cables of suitable size upto outdoor unit shall be included in quoted rate. 3. Provision of passing of indoor/outdoor pipe from wall / core cutting in any type of wall are included in the quoted rate.

S&F Voltage stabilizer of capacity 4KVA, for automatic operation, suitable for 1.5 Ton AC, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation 170V to 270V, output voltage stabilized at 230Volt with accuracy of ± 2.50%, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for single pole and neutral metal clad enclosure with 3 pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB of capacity 20-32 Amps, 240V complete all as specified and as directed.
