Job Refurbishment/Repairing of the crane

Refurbishment/Repair of the crane engine and associated system in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the Engine including dismantling for overhauling and to & fro transportation to Shop Work(if requires) , refurbishing and overhauling of Engine cooling system, Fuel sysytem, Engine accleration system, Engine load testing, Engine stop system(both emergency and regular), Battery power system, self starter motor, Alternator, fuel tank and associated piping/ tubing connections(detail job in annexure 1). Scope of also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and consumables for completion of refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Hydraulic and associated system in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the Hydraulic system including hydraulic pump, distribution gear box, hydraulic oil cooling system, hydraulic oil control block,Hydraulic oil accumulators, hydraulic joysticks, hydraulic oil tank (detail job in annexure 1). Scope of also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables including hudraulic oil for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane Electrical system in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician,Electrician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the electrical system of crane, dash board, operator cabin including crane lighting & horn (detail job in annexure 1) .Scope of also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of theCrane SLI and associated system in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the SLI and associaed Electronic , Load cell, air craft warning light, Anemeometer, Electrical cable drum control system assembly, base angle transmitter, top boom angle transmitter, level transmitter, limit switches (detail job in annexure 1) . Scope also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane Slewing and associated system in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the SIewing system including Slew gear and rotary system (detail job in annexure 1) . Scope also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane Cylinders in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the back stop cylinder system of main boom, superstructure cylinders, Mast support slew cylinder (detail job in annexure 1) . Scope also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane winches in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the Luffing Gear winches (both W1& W2), Hoisting winches( both H1&H2) , Reeving winches and Derricking Gear (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane Superstructure frames in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the superstructure front frames, rear frames & counter weight frames, superstructure rear frame hydraulic pin locking system, superstructure rear frame roller set. Scope also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion ofoverhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane Booms in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing the LH&SH Boom, Maint boom, Mast boom, Hammer head boom, Bradles assembly, Counter weight system, stay bars and boom pin (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares of mechnical, electrical , instrumentation & controls and supply of consumables for completion of overhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the Crane Hook blocks in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing all the hook blocks, rope guard and rollers (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares and consumables for completion of overhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repairt of the under carriage LS (left side) in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing left side undercarriage dismantling and assembly job including restoratin of idler roller& pin, sproket & pin, Shoe and shoe link pin, track frame and path and track alignment pe guard and rollers (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares and consumables for completion of overhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the under carriage LS (left side) in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing left side undercarriage dismantling and assembly job including hydraulic drive and hydraulic system , restoratin of drive sprocket & pin (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares and consumables for completion of overhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the under carriage RS (Right side) in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing Right side undercarriage dismantling and assembly job including restoratin of idler roller& pin, sproket & pin, Shoe and shoe link pin, track frame and path and track alignment pe guard and rollers (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares and consumables for completion of overhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Refurbishment/Repair of the under carriage RS (right side) in all respect at NRL site as per OEM procedure / Industry best practise to make it operational involving following board activities: Mobilization of all tools & tackles, jigs/ Fixtures, PPE’s, consumables, manpowers including engineer, technician, safety supervisor, fitters, riggers, helpers required to complete the job. Overhauling and Refurbishing right side undercarriage dismantling and assembly job including hydraulic drive and hydraulic system , restoratin of drive sprocket & pin (detail job in annexure 1). Scope also includes supply of necessary spares and consumables for completion of overhauling & refurbishment job. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Crane painting work - painting of entire crane including surface preparation, supply of pain , application of pain, mobilization of necessary manpower. Stage wise inspection , testing, stage wise documentation and submission of reports.

Commissioning and Load testing of crane: commissioning of crane after refurbishment including installation of wire ropes(wire rope in NRL's scope), load testing and certification by competent person , Comprehensive functionality testing and operation of crane in presence of NRL. Submission of refurbishment report including all documents/reports of stage-wise inspection, repairing, NDT, load testing , shifting of scraps generated to NRL warehouse , dismantling of office( if any)housekeeping of the area and completion of entire job up to the satisfaction of E-I-C.

Operation and maintenance of NRL 600MT demag crane (after reparing & testing) per day 08 hours basis

Operation of crane beyond normal working hours

Dis assembly , shifting of crane on trailors and assembly of crane( will be operated when crane will be required to shift anysite ( within 5 KM nearby NRL Premises )
