Supplying and filling of moorum in layers of 20cm finished depth , breaking clods / over size material, removal of slump/roots and the like and watering and grading /levelling each layer with dozers/graders and rolling every layer with vibratory roller /earth compactor of minimum 8-12 tonne capacity and dressing the required grade, camber and slope complete as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in -Charge.(The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of good earth upto work site for all leads and lifts. The work is to be carried out as per MORTH specification. Payment to be made for compacted quantity only)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the subgrade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads& lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of Viscosity grade VG30 (60/70) including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. For tendering purpose Viscosity grade bitumen content shall be taken as 0.75Kg/sqm. (A)On W.M.M. surface @ 0.75 Kg / sqm

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete(SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete.[for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 114 kg/m3 of mix produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete.[for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade VG-30 content shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material].

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c cleaning the surface of ail dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete.(A) New Work (Two or more coats)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (A)1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (A)Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(A)Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). (A) All works upto plinth level.

Providing structural design and structural drawing of retaining wall after carrying out soil investigation for designing retaining wall including CBR test as per IS Code. The structural design and drawing to be got vetted by Govt. Engineering College and 3 sets of structural design and drawing to be submitted to the E-I-C
