Appointment of Vendor for the work of availing Artistic services for Ideation, Conceptualization, Creation, Designing, Fabrication, Supply Erection, Installation for full decor, street decor and other allied activities on rental basis for 57th IFFI

Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre Open Area - From ESG Multiplex Entrance to Lounges at old GMC 1. The Red Carpet Area should have artistic concept in the open area with suitable Art Décor with properly masked whenever required and there should not be any unfinished/ exposed areas which will spoil the look of the overall Décor. 2. Complete Lighting of Art Décor Installations, Red Carpet Area, and Sufficient Spot Lights as per the Red Carpet proposal. 3. Red Carpet of 5.00 mm thickness a) with M.S frame and wooden platform of height 0.6ft of size 99 ft x 12 ft (b) From ESG Multiplex Entrance to Lounge (64 ft x 8ft) 4. Mojo Barricading or with suitable similar arrangement (Double Lane) with Black Colour masking on both the sides of the Red Carpet Area with Mechanism to restrict public movement across the red carpet during red carpet event using. 5. Providing Seating arrangements with an artistic design in sync with the festival theme for 50 people to maintain social distancing. The arrangement should have suitable overhead cover complimenting weather conditions. Design will be finalised by ESG. 6. Queue Managers – 24 Nos. 7. Sufficient Lighting of the entire Red Carpet Area suitable for photography and photo opp opportunity on the red carpet with suitable frame. 8. Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Theatre entrance gate. a) Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side) b) Horizontal Beam on top of the entrance gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing – 1 No. c) Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations. 9.Providing 3Dimensional Art Décor at GMC Building – Opp ESG Multiplex Theatre (Main Red Carpet) Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side), with complete lighting of the Art Décor installations. 10. Sound arrangement for red carpet announcement with minimum 05 nos of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location. 11.Providing weather proof artistic canopy/help desk of height of 8ft and width 10ft of suitable material with base as required to ensure stability and wind pressure, complete with lighting , Plug points, Fans/coolers, Table, 2 chairs, interlocking arrangement and proper branding. Each canopy shall be of 3 mts in length. 12. Total of 30 nos shall be provided with partition and suitable branding as per the overall theme. (same will be retained by ESG). Placement will be finalise by ESG Note: If the Agency fails to hand over the items to be retained by ESG, the total amount of the job will be deducted from the final bill.

Providing 3Dimensional Art Decor for Old GMC Main Entry with 3D installations (4 Nos) with complete artistic lighting, frame, support as required complete for the entire Red Carpet Zone. Including wooden platform duly carpeted and seating arrangement complete. Sound arrangement for announcement with minimum 05 nos of cordless/wireless microphones as per requirement including sound operator. The sound system shall be nicely placed at assigned location.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Multiplex Car parking Entrance and Exit. 1. Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 4 nos. (Left & Right Side) 2. Horizontal Beam on the entrance & exit gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing (double side) – 2 Nos. 3. Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor at ESG Entrance. 1. Peacock with complete installation etc., as required – 2 nos (Left & Right Side) 2. Horizontal Beam on the entrance & exit gate with printing, lettering, logos in suitable colours including printing (double side) – 1 Nos. 3. Complete lighting of the entire Art Décor installations as required.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor at Maquinez Palace (ESG office). 1. Entrance Design complementing the façade of the building using two 3D Installations. 2. Red Carpet with 5 mm thickness from Maquinez Palace Art Décor installation to Auditorium No. 1 & 2. 3. Queue Managers on both the sides of Red Carpet – 60Nos. 4. Adequate lighting of the entire Art Décor installations and at Red Carpet as proposed by vendor.

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at Maquinez Lawns, ESG Entrance Gate Lawn, ESG Office Open Area, Festival Hotel or any other suitable location (on various themes (IFFI, India, Goa , Cinema etc,) with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. (4 or More designs).

Providing 3 Dimensional Art Décor installations at Corniche Area opposite Old GMC Bldg or any other suitable location (on various themes (IFFI, India, Goa, Cinema etc,) with complete lighting of all the Art Décor Installations as required. The Art Installations should also serve as photo opp. The vendor will recommend suitable locations for installations in keeping with delegate density, photo opp, visibility of installations etc. The designs should be different from designs proposed at 1.07 (4 or More designs).

Customized Podium with masking, printing and branding. (Art Work to proposed by vendor) The locations of the podium will be finalized by ESG.
