Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick dark shade double charged/ultracharged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed inwhite or colour cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 with and including Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite slab of 16 to 18 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite with and incl Demolition of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortor of any description or thickness in floor complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core & plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wall nut colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter wall nut colour, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the ront face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing but 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front ace & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC SHEET WALL PANELLING of thickness 5mm solid consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 kg / cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U Channel at top, bottom and side edges and strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed ( Note- Including all nesscesary fittings and scafolding for heighted site) complete all as specified and directed.
