M& Lin repairs for PCC machine pressed precast apexstone kerb stone or similar article of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mmgraded stone aggregate of size 410x300x100mmset and jointed and paointed in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement setting in mortar complete with joints to match including demolition of existing kerb complete all as specified and as required at site.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated concrete surafce and applying two coat of synthetic enamale paint over the one coat of priming paint plaster complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and footpath finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement or ramp etc including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M& Lin repair for laid dry of Bricks, sub class B, laid on edge depth is equal to the width of brick in floors; old size bricks for flooring laid to herring-bone pattern or diagonally (Raking or circular cutting, and waste measured separately as directed and instructed by Engg in Charge

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required.

M & L for 300 Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for in repair Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitres/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ---------------- Ditto -----------.

Demolition of stome slab and tiles of any desc or thickness in floor or apron etc laid bedded in cement morter

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20 mm thickscreed bed in CM in 1:4 complete all as specified

M&L in repair for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lin repair for 60mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compected cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100 mm thickness M-50 Grad6 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in harstanding and footpath finished even and rough to receive finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 110mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.including taking down old tubes.

S&F in repair 110mm bore PVC(SWR) bends .

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in 1:4 complete directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick (or) concrete wall including racking out joints hakins for key sinebling down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality

Materials and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surfaces as on walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces & applying one coats of cement base paint of walls, chajja,facia,slab etc for portion of building all as specified and directed.

M& L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of 1:2:4 of B0 complete all as specified and directedd.
