Supply & Installtion of LED LUMINAIRE EQUV.TO 2X4FT T8 TUBELIGHT

Supply & laying of 25mm x 6mm GI earth strip & 8 SWG GI wire as per the requirement along trenches including excavation, cutting and fixing to wall, embedding inside wall and floors, welding at joint, providing anti-corrosive paints of bitumen and jute covering for welding clamping, necessary hardware to carry out above jobs etc., including all labour and material complete as required and as per the direction of the EIC.

Concealed wiring of Light/Fan point with 2.5 sq.mm. multistrand copper wire with difference colour for line, neutral and earthing. Supply, laying and wiring with 2.5 sq.mm multistrand copper wire of approved quality in 25mm block PVC pipe and 2" height JB with 01 run 1.0 sq.mm copper wire (Green colour) as continous earth. Wiring shall be done from power distribution board to switch boards specified at 8 below and from switch boards to exhaust fan(s), LED tube lights, wall fan(s) & sockets. Each light and fan point shall be controlled by one switch. All materials shall be supplied by the party and work shall be carried out as per the direction of the EIC.

Earthing: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of class-B GI earth electrode of 50mm dia, 3m long medium duty complete with RCC cover and with all necessary material including excavation of earthing pit, filling with layer of charcoal and salt, back filling and providing necessary brick work slab cover, connection with GI strips with complete material as required and as per direction of the EIC. All earth pits shall be inter-connected to form an earth grid as per IE rules. Funnels are to be provided with wire mesh of suitable size.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1 phase 300mm 220/240 V heavy duty exhaust fan of CG/BAJAJ/KHAITAN make including making hole on walls providing necessary bracket/supports for fixing the fan, making necessary connection, providing gravity drop louvers etc. finishing the hole with necessary civil works as per direction of the EIC.

Wiring to 15A plug points with 6 sq.mm. multistrand PVC insulated single core copper conductor wire including supply of 15A switch and socket (5 pin) in 25mm block PVC conduit pipe with one run of 2.5 sq.mm copper wire (green colour) as continuous earth with required size of 16 SWG MS box 3mm thick white hylam cover and including 4 nos steel screws and cup washer complete with fitting as per direction of the EIC. All materials shall be supplied by the party and work shall be carried out as per the direction of the EIC.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of SDB incomer 63A TPN MCB 10kA-01No, Outgoing SP load contact MCB 16A-12nos, Busbar-1set.Pre- wired, ready to use complete lighting distribution board.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of 8" x 6" MS/GI of switch boards with Bakelite cover on existing wall/any other surface approved by Engineer-in-charge with supply of all materials for fixing switch/socket/regulator and making necessary connections of Switch boards

Installation and testing of 5A switch on switch board ( Material shall be supplied by Party.)

Laying of cable 3.5 C 35/50 sq. mm: Issue from Central Stores, Shifting to site and Laying of following size cable along the existing cable trays / through wall and clamping of the cables to the cable trays as required at every 1 meter with Aluminium clamps (Supply of clamps in party's scope) as per the directions of the Engineer- in -charge.

Supply of DC Glands and termination of above cable of size 35/50 sq mm.
