M&L Cutting existing loose patches/spelled edges of concrete pavements in square/rectangular/ triangular shape to a depth of n.exc 40mm depth and n.exc 250mm wide in pavement/hard standing taxi track corners/cracks of any flexure strength including removing debris outside of MD land sweeping the patches with broom cleaning with air compressor and applying epoxy resin primer and filling with epoxy resin mortar etc complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of previously treated surfaces and applying one coat of painting with white/red/golden/yellow as required , exc 10cm width or girth, with road marking paint to lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on pavement, taxi track as approved by GE complete all as specified

M&L Preparation of new plastered /concrete surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint as in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint as in camouflage pattern complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Surface painting over bituminous premixed carpet by applying cold emulsion @ 9.80 Kg/ 10 Sqm including preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Applying bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bonding agent i.e Nitobond SBR 45 or approved equal) in proportion 1 ( Nitobond SBR 45) : 1 ( Water) :3 (O P Cement) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new CM Plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface including removal of loose/ disintegrated old concrete/ plaster, surface preparation etc as required complete.

M&L Applying 15mm thick plaster ( on wall/ ceiling) with polymer modified mortar fortified with SBR ( Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1 (cement): 3 ( sand ) by weight 5 litres Nito bond SBR 45 to be added to 50 Kg cement with 11 to 15 litres water addition, including material and labour for 125gm/ Bag "Triangle shape" polyester fibre "6mm - long" to be added properly in the prepared mortar finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface complete incl scaffolding as required.

M&L Water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm and providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.50 kg/sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester reinforcement matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm polyester core, having soften point not less than 140 degree c, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5sqcm tearing strength of 180 N, torch application and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint on membrane surfaces @ 0.15 kg/sqm including pounding test all as specified and directed.

M&L supply of approved earth brought from outside defence land not exceeding 50 KM from the work site and, deposited where as directed by Engr- in Charge/GE including , spreading, levelling and well ramming of soil in layers n exc 25 cm thick and watering as required at a level up to 7 mtr from ground level all as directed. Note : (i) Initial & final level of the surface shall be recorded by the contractor without any extra cost to department (ii) Compacted thickness shall be measured and paid. (iii) No extra cost shall be allowed to the contractor if the distance more than 50 KM of source of approved earth from the work site and if found the distance less than 50 KM the rate shall be reduced at the rate of Rs. 20 /Cum per Kilometer from the quoted rate

S&F 4mm thick acrylic sheet flex board of size 1.5mtr x 1.5mtr including printing with suitable size of words and fixed in position complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Flex board including frame of size 1.50x0.60x0.45mtr with suitable PVC pipe using 200mm x 100mm dia including 4mm thick acrylic sheet flex board and printing with suitable size of words and fixed in position complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L 5.00mm thick tinted glass fixed in any position including beading/ putty as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HDPP, nylon net of mesh size25mm using nylon thread of not less than 1.25mm dia suitable for 10 years life and tied by nylon ropes of dia 3mm to 4.5mm at supporting truss in both the directions for bird proofing on ceiling and vertical opening of hanger at the height of 10 to14m above the finished floor level of hanger, including all fixing arrangement complete ,in repairs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Lettering on DTGM board with efflorescent strip of any colour approved by GE of size 1.0m to 1.20m and width of the strip from 0.15m to 0.25m, all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.
