Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for shafts, wells cess-pit pier holes etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, drain pipes 150mm internal dia laid jointed complete pipes with collars in trenches on concrete bed and jointed, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete(1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of man holes and filling mass concrete around the manholes all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work in sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cill, lintels up to 1.5 mtr span, coping etc and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT steel bars 8mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally or hooping of columns, hooking ends and binding with M S wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete, all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs for manholes set in cement mortar (1:6) complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over internal surface of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer’s instruction complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on external surface of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified. Note:- Water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc; complete all as specified and directed. (Inner girth only measured)

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with approved earth/soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of septic tank for 50 users, including excavation in soft/loose soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls, Base slab, Baffle walls and roof slab including beam etc. with vent shaft, manhole opening with cover connection etc. complete with effective depth of 1.5 m and overall depth 3 mtr complete as per drawing No.TD/A/159,Sheet No.1/4 dt 14.06.03 and TD/A/159,Sheet No.4/4 dt 14.06.03 all as specified and directed.

Construction of Soakage well 1.80m internal dia and 3m depth below inlet pipe including excavation in loose/soft soil PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation concrete, PCC block honeycomb/solid masonry in cement mortar (1:4) RCC M-30 design mix cover slab filled with stone boulders including intercepting chamber screen chamber and disposal of soil complete as per drawing No.TD/A/162,Sheet No.1/1, dt 14.06.03 and TD/A/161,Sheet No.1/1 dt 14.06.03 all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with white cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor etc. finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs, water troughs etc; and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.
