Removal of damaged sanitary fittings and doors inside toilet block and take away the damaged sanitary fittings faraway 500mtrs from the monument including Labour Charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal of dado tiles and floor tiles at inside of the toilet block including removal and disposal faraway from site including Labour charges, GST and all other applicable taxes etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding above plinth etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Providing, transporting, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in lintels, beams and bressumers, including setting in cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering and shuttering but , excluding the cost of reinforcement, with(1:1.5:3) (1cement: 1.5 coarse and (zone-III) derived from natural sources:3graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal size derived from natural sources) etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of Matching shade etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge

Laying Vitrified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick Cement Mortar (1:4) (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tape red in 45degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tape red on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail &bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including Necessary repairs to scratches etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removing Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Colour washing with plastic emulsion weather proof in two coats over a primary coat to the exterior faces of the building including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Fixing factory made UPVC White colour fixed glazed windows/ ventilators comprising of uPVC multi- chambered frame and mullion extruded profiles duly reinforced with1.60mm thick galvanizes mild steel section, uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, GI fasteners for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stain less steel screws etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Fixing factory made PVC door frame of size 50X47 mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2nos of 150mm long brackets15x15mm MS square tube etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Removal of damaged Existing floor tiles in the pathway and disposing the waste away from the monument etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Earth work excavation up to 20cms to lay cement concrete for flooring throwing away from the monument etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.

Laying new granite stone flooring with neatly dressed stone of varying from 90-120cm of length, 45-60cm of width with a thickness not less than 10cmover a bed of brick jelly lime concrete (1:2:4) of 100mm thick and laying in lime mortar (1:2) and pointing the joints with same mortar and curing etc., complete as directed by the site in-charge.
