REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF DG SET, AMF/LT PANEL AND ITS CONNECTED ITEMS AT MAKARPURA AF STN BARODA

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil and not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable and fixing poles, stays etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed

Returning , filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC cable with using clean dry and natural river sand and gently punning down below/around cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply, laying and fixing galvanised iron pipe light grade, laid under roads/ drain / along with the pole /fixing of airtermination rod with flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts washers complete all as specified and directed of following size:-

Size of 40 mm bore dia.

Size of 50 mm bore dia.

Supply and fix cable cover, class LV, flat, size 190mm x 90mm x 90mm as in protection of cable laid dry, flat, abutting each other width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of LT underground, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Heavy duty, electric power cable laid in trenches/ ducts/fixed on pole/ wall / laid under road / path / culvert / drains / culverts encased in GI pipe, electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor, including jointing and testing 1100 volts grade with necessary lugs and compression brass glands including taking down old cable complete all asspecified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB, single pole and neutral link 240 volts 40 to 63 Amps capacity C series fixed in LT panel including taking down old unserviceable MCBs.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix SPhase indicator lamp neon type complete with holder assy RYB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix CT coils of range .200/5 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing and repair to APFC Panel 75 to 125 kvar Capacity Complete wiring with Suitable copper wire ISI marked with indicating Lamp, Ampere Meter, voltmeter and required items for working Condition complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares should measures and Paid Separetely

Capacitor cylinderical type 5 to 25 KVAR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for on load changeover switch of capacity 200 amps 4 pole including removing old changeover switch any type and necessary fixing on wall/in LT panel complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing / repair including preventive check and operatioal check of 2 ton EOT crane for dismantling of hoisting gear box, drain of old oil, cleaning of gear box, fill up fresh oil in gear box. Long travel, cross travel gear box oil check up and filling oil. Checking of hoisting, long travel, cross travel, break unit, shifting of berak unit, oiling of break unit pins. Greasing in long travel cross travel wheel bearing, Checking of panel board and connections, Overhauling of PPB, Greasing on Wire rope Drum , checking of push button connections checking of power festooning cable checking of long travelo rail alignment, checking of cross travel rail alignment Bottom block assembly(hook assembly) cleaning, checking and oiling Greasing of wire rope, rope drum, pedestal bearings including load test using dead weight,duly sign by user and sumbit to AGE E/M office timely complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Contractor will provided necessory oil, grease, cloth waste and Minor Spares Required will Be Deemed to be included in Quoted rate. (ii) Load Test will be carried out after Completion of the Entire work and a Certificate duly Signed by the user will be Submitted by the Contractor. (iii) The Contractor will give one Year Gurantee from the Date of Completion of Work in writing. (iv) Spares should be measured and paid separetely. (v) Operational check carried out by competent person of authorised firm only.

Servicing / repair including preventive check and operatioal check of 1.5 to 2 ton HOT crane for oiling and Greasing of long travelo rail alignment, checking of cross travel rail alignment Bottom block assembly(hook assembly) cleaning, checking and oiling Greasing of wire rope, rope drum, pedestal bearings complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- including load test using dead weight,duly sign by user and sumbit to AGE E/M office timely complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (i) Contractor will provided necessory oil, grease, cloth waste and Minor Spares Required will Be Deemed to be included in Quoted rate. (ii) The Contractor will give one Year Gurantee from the Date of Completion of Work in writing. (iii) Spares should be measured and paid separetely.

Material and labour only for watering (by means of water tanker) the existing earthing pit at makarpura airforce station and measuring of earthing in ohms and writing the result at near place by applying black paint at base writing the result in yellow with date of measurement and next due date near each panel and transformer/any other place by disconnecting the earthing strip from terminal/junction and reconnection after measurement of result and mainting the resister duly signed by user,contractor complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) contractor shall quote the rates by including the charges of making arrangement of watering the earthing pits at any site and location inside Airforce makarpura area. (ii) Also, contractor shall bring his own measuring instruments whatever is required to carry out the job. (iii) cleaning or replacing the exisiting sticker and writing the new as on date data on exisiting test result board on site shall be inclusive of the quoted rates. (iv) Contractor shall take before permission for watering earth pit to user intimation for detailment of reprasentive. Obtain user signature is responsibility of contractor.

M& L for making proper connection of loose/hanging lighting arrester aluminium /Copper / G I strip strip on existing position with porcelain saddles ,brass screw including drilling and fixing with entire satisfaction to engineer in charge . Note . Rate included in any height of Bldg (Roof /Wall etc) after completion signature obtained by the User is the responcibility of Contractor. Note : Contractor not completed the work before completion a recovery of 2 times of quoted rate shall levied.

S&F in repairs Air termination single pointed, Aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Test point terminal block made of MS powder coated MS Sheet of 1.6mm thick sheet of size 230X230X 75mm drilled and screwed including terminals for two strips entry and exit with overlapping for testing earth result complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for servicing of DG set including replacement of fuel filters,oil filters,air filter element,changing oil,cleaning fuel lines,checking leakage and repairing it,replacement of exhaust main fold gasket etc all as specified and directed as per manufacturer/authorised service centre for the following:- Note. .Rate quoted shall be included i) Checking of Battery specific gravity every month and the acid level once in Three month and top with distilled water if required. (Applicable for lead acid Battery only). Output voltage check and condition check to be carried out in SMF type battery ii) Checking charging alternator output voltage with respect to specifications iii)To check the condition of Diodes/ rotating rectifier etc. iv)Checking of all electrical connections for their proper tightness including charging alternators and battery clamps. v)Engine Panel / PCC, Alternator will be covered in AMC. vi)Replacement of all filters, refilling of engine oils, checking of all nuts and bolts tightness, correction of engine alternator alignment in case defect and replacement of rubber insert/block if broken to be carried out vii)Service engineer shall carry out "B" checks on the engine, as per the check list and would correct / recommend / suggest improvement in operation and performance.

Attending any fault ( Start /Stop) or other defects on emergency basis of technecian for the entire period of contract on DG set of any Capacity and AMF Panel or other control panel all as directed Service engineers to visit the site once in a month totaling to Ten visits per year. The schedule of visits can be mutually decided,if in normal condition by Engineer in Charge.
