Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth upto a lead of 20 mtr and lift upto 1.50 mtr disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed Pick work 30% jumper 40% and chiseling 30%.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement:4Sand:8graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundatuion and plinth
a) Providing and fixing vertical anchor bars of 16 mm dia steel bar (length of bar 1400 to 1600 mm) by drilling 20mm hole with jack hammer upto a depth of 1000 mm deep in boulder/rock, filling of anchor with resin grout upto 300 mm and remain with suitable admixtures complete in all respects.
b) Providing and fixing Horizontal anchor bars of 16 mm dia steel bar (length of bar 1500mm) by drilling 20mm hole with jack hammer upto a depth of 500 mm deep in boulder/rock, filling of anchor with resin grout upto 500 mm complete in all respects.
Providing mild steel/Tor steel re-inforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level (Tor Steel Fe 415).
a) Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering , shuttering , strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto a height of 7 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical walls etc.
b) Form work in circular or curved
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1:2(1 Cement: 1 Sand:2 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcement for reinforced concrete work in walls . (By mechanically mixed and vibrated complete in all respect)
Providing and fixing heavy duty PVc pipe 50 mm for contact and consolidation grouting in RCC wall complete in all respects.
Providing contact and consolidation grouting through 50mm PVC pipe @ 3 bar pressure for contact grouting and consolidation grouting @ 7 bar pressure complete in all respects.
Providing dewatering arrangement to drain out the water from working area by providing suitable water pump complete in all respects.
