I-Relocation of SPART
Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 1.0 m deep in ordinary soil, back filling of the excavated cable trench (after laying cable), ramming & consolidation properly
Excavation of cable trench 0.3 m wide x 0.1 m deep in tarred/concreted surface, back filling of the excavated cable trench (after laying cable), ramming & consolidation properly
Concreting the top portion of the cable trench excavated in tarred/concreted surface to a depth of 10.0 cm, using 1:3:6 mix with M sand
Excavation of cable trench 0.3m wide x 1.0 m deep under/side of railway tracks, duly 4 removing stone ballast, back filling of the excavated cable trench (After laying of cable with HDPE pipe), ramming & consolidation properly and providing back the removed stone ballasts (The work should be carried out very carefully since space constraints and care should be exercised to protect signal cables)
Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe 110mm dia, pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material 5 grade PE 63) as per IS 4984/1995 in the excavated cable trench/duct complete with bend, couplings etc. and threading of LTUG cable of size 4 core 120 sqmm and termination at either ends duly crimped & provided with aluminium sockets (Cable will be supplied free departmentally at TVC. Transportation shall be arranged by Rly. Loading/unloading shall be under contractor's scope)
Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe 75 mm dia, pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material grade PE 63) as per IS 4984/1995 in the excavated cable trench/duct complete with bend, couplings etc. 6 and threading of 4 core 70 sqmm/.4 core 50 sqmm cable and termination at either ends duly crimped & provided with aluminium sockets (Cable will be supplied free departmentally at TVC. Transportation shall be arranged by Rly. Loading/unloading shall be under contractor's scope)
Supply and laying of HDPE Pipe 50 mm dia, pressure rating up to 4 PN (Material grade 7 PE 63) as per IS 4984/1995 in the excavated cable trench/duct complete with bend, couplings etc. and threading of 4 core 16 sqmm LTUG cable through the pipe (Cable will be supplied free departmentally at TVC. Transportation shall be arranged by Rly. Loading/unloading shall be under contractor's scope)
Supply and fixing of cable glands suitable for 4 core 120 sq mm cable and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with HS sleeve
Supply and fixing of cable glands suitable for LTUG cable of size 4 core x 70 sqmm and termination using aluminium sockets duly crimped with HS sleeve
Supply and fixing of cable glands suitable for LTUG cable of size 4 core x 50 sqmm and termination using aluminium socket duly crimped with HS sleeve
Supply and fixing of cable glands suitable for LTUG cable of size 4 core x 25 sqmm and termination using aluminium sockets duly crimped with HS sleeve
Supply and laying of 6 SWG GI wire in the cable trench including proper termination at the rail post, panel board etc. using GI bolt and nut for earth connection
Construction of masonry plinth of suitable height above ground level using 1:3:6 13 concrete mix with M sand (height appx. 0.5 Metre above ground level and 0.5 Metre below ground level (dimensions may vary based on site conditions) suitable for fixing cable looping box/power supply bunk as per the requirements at site
Plastering of plinth with 12mm cement plaster of 1:4 (1 cement & 4 sand)
Manufacture, supply and erection of 10 SWG MS sheet manufactured plinth mounted double door power supply bunk fitted with 1 No. 125A 4 pole MCCB as incomer, 4 Nos. of 200A 15 capacity bus bars and 4 Nos. 63A 4 pole MCCBs as outgoing with 3 Nos. of 20A DP MCBs fitted in DIN rail channel including mounting/fixing of the box in platform stanchion/rail post using suitable clamps and provision of suitable canopy for protection of the panel from rain water and excluding construction of plinth
Manufacture, supply and fixing of integrated pre-cooling socket in MS enclosure fabricated out of 10 SWG sheet double door, raill mounting type with front opening doors and hinges from inside epoxy powder coated & fitted with 3mm thick SMC sheet steel base, 1 No. 63A TPN MCCB 25 KA, 1 No. 63 A 4 pole RCCB (300mA), 1No. 63A capacity universal 3P+N+E heavy duty 16 metal clad socket & plug with IP66/67 protection, 4 Nos. 50X6mm copper bus bars etc. having separate door for bus bars compartment completely pre-wired using 16 sq mm PVC insulated copper wire complete with 50X6 mm MS painted fixing hardware and stainless steel nuts and bolts including connection of cables and provision of suitable canopy for protection from rain water. MCCBs used shall have suitable adjustable short circuit & overload settings and shall be IS/IEC certified
Fixing of the battery charger on rail post using suitable GI brackets and clamps and provision of suitable canopy made of 10SWG MS sheet for protection from rain water
Supply of 100A, 25 kA 4 pole MCCB in a suitable size 10 SWG sheet steel enclosure and & fixing/concealing of the same on the rail post using suitable GI clamps and provision of suitable canopy for protection from rain water including cable connections
Supply & concealing/fixing of ivory colour ISI marked PVC pipe/PVC conduit 25mm dia x 2.0mm thick confirming to IS 9537 (Part 3) complete with bend, Ts, junction boxes etc. in shed/building wall/along rail post/PF stanchion
Supply and wiring to battery charger by means of 2 runs of 16 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS copper cable confirming to IS 694 through above PVC pipe including termination as required at site
Manufacture & supply of 14 SWG MS sheet painted housing (appx. Size 240mmX200mmX150mm) double door duly fitted with 2 Nos. bolted type DC terminals of 100A capacity (similar to emergency terminal & box) on 5mm thick fire retardant SMC sheet base and fixing the housing on rail post/wall structure with 25X6 mm MS painted fixing hardware
Transportation, cutting, erection and painting of cut rail post 2.5m long (2m above ground level after erection), black painting of the coping etc. (Rail post will be supplied departmentally)
Manufacture, supply and erection of 10 SWG MS sheet manufactured double door 23 rail/wall mounted power supply bunk with suitable canopy for protection from rain water and fitted with 1 No. 4 way 63A Bakelite connector, 1 No. 16A DP MCB and 1 No. 16A IP67 protected panel mounted angled water tight 2P+E socket on the rail post using suitable GI clamps and interconnection using 4 core 6 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable
Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of G.I pipe earthing arrangements as per Drg. No.V/E-29/2025-26 and connections by 2 runs of 25X6 mm GI strip
