3 Supplying and fixing Double Pole sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. 10 Nos.

4 Supplying & laying 3 core 2.5 sqmm flexible PVC insulated & sheathed copper cable for electrical connection as reqd. (ISI make ) 15 Mtrs.

5 Making arrangement for leakage testing of 1.5 TR Split / Window Air conditioner by pressure ( Nitrogen) and vacuum testing etc.&S/filling of suitable refrigerant gas complete with replacement of flare nuts, etc complete as required. as reqd. 15 Nos.

6 Testing, checking the electrical circuit and servicing of 1.5 TR Split / Window Airconditioner units including filter cleaning, cooling coil, condenser coil by soap, soda solution etc. complete as reqd. 40 Nos.

7 Supplying and fixing Indoor motor Suitable for 1.5 TR Split type AC unit by replacement of the existing faulty Indoor motor complete with trial run as required. 8 Nos.

8 Supplying and fixing Outdoor motor Suitable for 1.5 TR Split type AC unit by replacement of the existing faulty outdoor motor complete with trial run as required. 5 Nos.

9 Supplying and fixing Out door motor blade with new one Suitable for 1.5 TR Split type AC unit by replacement of the existing faulty blade complete with trial run as required. 10 Nos.

17 Rewinding of outdoor motor with supper enameled copper wire of 1.5 TR Split AC Unit i/c replacement of bush, bearing etc. complete as reqd. 3 Nos.

18 Replacement of 1.5TR capacity hermetically sealed reciprocating / Rotary type compressor for existing Split/ window A.C. unit i/c dismantling of electrical connection, pipe lines and refixing the same , gas charging etc. complete as required. 2 Nos.

19 Supplying and fixing copper pipe line both1/4" for gas line and 5/8"for liquid line OR suitable dia to match with the pipeline of the existing unit along with suitable insulation on surface of the wall i/c necessary flare nuts, suitably brazing with the existing pipe clamping, making holes in walls, same etc., as per site requirement. 5 Mtrs.

20 Supply and filling of suitable refrigerant gas complete with cartage, charging line etc complete as required. as reqd. 5 Kg.

21 Supplying and fixing of Digital Programmable timer switch in sheet steel enclosure suitable for Cyclic operation ON / OFF of 2 Nos. 1.5 TR Invertor Split AC unit ( Operation of one A/C's at a time out of two) complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. ( Make :- Havells / L&T / Similar or Superior make ) 2 Nos.

22 Visit charges of individual site of work, to check & repair minor fault of 1.5 TR AC Units ( May be one or more than one) and submission of detailed report for type of fault to Engineering -In-charge etc complete as reqd. (Note:- This Item will be paid if there is minor fault in 1.5 TR Split AC & non of the above item executed except Item No. 1,2,3,9,10,11,12,13) 10 Nos.
