S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour (as approved by GE) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and including mixing water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall/floor tiling of any type or any thickness including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but n.exc 0.11 Sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles joints free 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layers of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 53 above but on vertical surface with & including backing of rendering 10mm th in CM 1:4

M&L for glazed ceramic colored tiles of size 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces of skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster with 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, as bed for ceramic tiles complete all as specified and directed.
