Construction of RCC Percolation Wells of 6.00 mtrs. dia and 10.00 mtrs deep including excavation in all kinds of soil strata, dewatering, erection and lowering of well curb in the pit in M30 grade, no fine concrete, CC Work in M30, with platform 1.2 mtrs wide in steel with railing, plinth protection all around 1.5 mtrs wide. All works shall be conforming to relevant IS Codes and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. (For detailed specification refer as per chapter No. 1 & data sheet No. 3.)
Design and Construction of Pump House cum Chowkidar quarter having 63.00 Sqmt Plinth area and 3.30 Mtrs. height complete in all respect. The pump house shall be aesthetically designed (to be approved by the competent authority). The work shall include all internal and external electrical wiring, water supply and sanitary fitting, painting and distempering, precast terrazo tile flooring, wooden frames and panelled & glazed shutter for doors & window and other allied items. The doors & window shall be in double shutters and M.S grills for window and internal wiring shall be in PVC conduit. All structure shall be designed for up lift pressure and encounted at footing as per contour plan up loaded suitable protection structure shall be designed and provide to avoid direct entry of HFL water with treatment premises. The scope of work shall be as per common design parameters technical specification and special condition appended in the DNIT. This further includes combination of various treatment units based on flow diagram given in the above manual for consideration of alternative proposals or any other low cost treatment methods based on existing plants working under similar conditions with necessary performance certifications. The firm should quote its rates for its offered proposal with cogent reason/justification for adopting the particular method of treatment of water and design of relevant units which should be based in recommendations of latest relevant codes/manuals on water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban Development, Govt of india, New Delhi.
Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. Circular Partially underground/Elevated storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab, roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of Five sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. Excavation in foundation and trenches (for pipes and pits) up to all depths and in all clasification of earth work such as pick Work, jumper work, chiselling or Wedging out of soft and hard rock where the blasting work is prohibited saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water in all lifts including trimming and dressng of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting planking timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable matrial/soil separetaly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes (for pipes, pipe duct, chambers, x-signs etc.) returning the usable soil in 15 cm layers by ramming and wetering and then desposing of all surlus excavated soil/un usable material as directed wirhin all leads/lifts includng restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original conditionn and includng cost of divresion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing custion boards, crossing over tranches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect as per the direction and to be entire of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
Providing, laying, jointing & testing of bevelled ended GI pipe of following dia and Class with MS Flange of following Table (6%) flange joint & other Pipe (94%) circumfrential butt welded joints by electrical arc welding (welding thickness shall be equal to pipe wall thickness) and testing of GI pipe of following dia meters conforming to IS 1239-2004 (Part-II), having wall thickness as specified below capable of withstanding required test pressure, including manufacturing and febrication of reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe shall include all operations such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees, making bevelled pipe ends suitable for butt welding , lowering & laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level complete in all respects to the best satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (Earth work in trenches and cost of providing flanges i/c nuts & bolts, welding of flanges, gasket will be measured and paid for separately) . The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. The damaged portion of the pipes ( If damaged during laying & jointing operation of pipe) and all other specials made from the parent tube shall be provided with anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminous paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specifications C-203-1978. The D.P. test of butt welded joints complete in all respect and to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer in charge with in all leads and lifts. Plant room for installation of above equipments shall also be constructed at the site complete in all respect.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
